中西誠(chéng)信知行觀與誠(chéng)信知行沖突和解探究

【摘要】:知與行是社會(huì)誠(chéng)信建設(shè)的核心命題。在誠(chéng)信知行轉(zhuǎn)化的邏輯關(guān)系認(rèn)識(shí)方面,中西方由于歷史文化等原因,有著不同的觀點(diǎn)。中國(guó)強(qiáng)調(diào)由誠(chéng)信認(rèn)知、誠(chéng)信道德修養(yǎng)到誠(chéng)信行為的演化;西方則講求誠(chéng)信契約、法律制度、宗教信仰對(duì)失信行為的約束。綜合考量中西方誠(chéng)信知行觀,在誠(chéng)信知行問(wèn)題上,采用內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)與外在約束相結(jié)合的模式,將有利于提升社會(huì)誠(chéng)信建設(shè)的有效性,推進(jìn)誠(chéng)信知行沖突的和解。
[Abstract]:Knowledge and action are the core proposition of social credit construction. China and the West have different views on the logical relationship of the transformation of honesty and credit due to historical and cultural reasons. China emphasizes the evolution from honesty cognition, honesty moral cultivation to good faith behavior, while the west emphasizes the restriction of good faith contract, legal system and religious belief on discredit behavior. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the concept of knowing and doing honesty in both China and the West, the combination of internal driving and external constraints will promote the effectiveness of the construction of social honesty and promote the reconciliation of the conflict between the knowledge and practice of honesty and credit.
