【摘要】：基因編輯技術(shù)應(yīng)用于"設(shè)計嬰兒",使人類對自身生命特質(zhì)的控制日益技術(shù)化、便利化,但生命的技術(shù)控制亦會引發(fā)客觀性倫理風(fēng)險與主觀性倫理風(fēng)險。其主要原因在于,"設(shè)計嬰兒"本身所具有的客觀特殊性質(zhì)以及傳統(tǒng)倫理觀念的滯后、利益沖突驅(qū)動技術(shù)異化、社會需求異化致使價值偏向等�；诖�,人們可以從"責(zé)任倫理"的接受與實踐、價值取向的協(xié)調(diào)、"境遇"考量的決策、"全球倫理"的調(diào)控等五個向度出發(fā),規(guī)避與消解倫理風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Gene editing technology is applied to " designing baby " , which makes the control of life quality of human being more and more technical and convenient . The main reason is that the objective and special nature of " designing baby " and the lagging of traditional ethical concept , conflict of interest driving technology and social demand alienation lead to the bias of value .
