【摘要】：法治秩序持續(xù)再生產(chǎn)何以可能?從倫理精神維度反思,憲法法律制度未必能使法治秩序持續(xù)再生產(chǎn),除非它伴生一種倫理文化傳統(tǒng),此種倫理文化傳統(tǒng)有牢固的憲法法治信念,維護(hù)憲法法律權(quán)威,具有普遍承認(rèn)、契約法治與公共政治參與的公民精神。
[Abstract]:How is it possible for the Rule of Law to continue to reproduce?Reflecting on the ethical spirit dimension, the constitutional legal system may not be able to make the order of the rule of law reproduce continuously, unless it is accompanied by an ethical cultural tradition, which has firm constitutional belief in the rule of law and maintains the authority of constitutional law.It has the civic spirit of universal recognition, contract rule of law and public political participation.
