【摘要】：會聚技術(shù)是高度融合的新技術(shù),是高技術(shù)發(fā)展的最高階段,亦是具有高度道德風險的新技術(shù)。會聚技術(shù)在提升人類能力的同時,也正在掀開"潘多拉之盒"。會聚技術(shù)將嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)傳統(tǒng)社會人類的道德底線,甚至會對傳統(tǒng)道德進行顛覆性改變。會聚技術(shù)衍生的最大道德難題是種屬倫理難題;其次是可能撼動傳統(tǒng)道德譜系,引發(fā)社會倫理秩序混亂,并導(dǎo)致生態(tài)倫理秩序的解構(gòu)。因此,須構(gòu)建"公眾-企業(yè)-政府-全球"的會聚技術(shù)主體的倫理新秩序。
[Abstract]:The convergence technique is the highest stage of high - tech development , and it is a new technology with high moral hazard . The convergence technology will severely challenge the moral bottom line of the traditional society and even change the traditional morality . The biggest moral problem derived by convergence technology is a kind of ethical problem ; secondly , it may shake up the traditional moral pedigree , lead to confusion of social ethics and order . Therefore , it is necessary to construct the new ethic order of convergence technology subject of " the public - enterprise - government - global " .
