【摘要】：性別文化是建構(gòu)婚姻倫理的基礎(chǔ),因此以性別文化為視閾,審視社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期我國(guó)婚姻倫理的失范現(xiàn)象與成因,進(jìn)而探討重建我國(guó)婚姻倫理的合理導(dǎo)向與主要途徑具有重要意義。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期我國(guó)婚姻倫理失范主要表現(xiàn)在越軌問(wèn)題增多、家庭暴力日益攀升、各類違法婚姻蔓延等方面。這些失范現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生在一定程度上受到了性別文化的影響,如性解放思想的泛濫、女性依附心理的殘存以及對(duì)"婦女解放"的誤解、男權(quán)主義思想的殘存影響等。因此,重建現(xiàn)代新型婚姻倫理應(yīng)以先進(jìn)性別文化為基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Gender culture is the basis of constructing marriage ethics. Therefore, taking gender culture as the visual threshold, this paper examines the abnormal phenomenon and causes of marriage ethics in China during the period of social transformation. It is of great significance to probe into the rational guidance and main ways of rebuilding marriage ethics in China. In the period of social transformation, the abnormal marriage ethics is mainly manifested in the increase of deviant problems and the rising of domestic violence. The emergence of these abnormal phenomena is influenced to some extent by gender culture, such as the spread of sexual emancipation, the persistence of female attachment psychology and the misunderstanding of "women's liberation". Therefore, the reconstruction of modern marriage ethics should be based on advanced gender culture.
