【摘要】：在康德的純建構(gòu)主義道德理論被指責為抽象形式主義的同時,黑格爾的"新亞里士多德主義"倫理學則被指責為純粹保守主義。可以用后形而上學方式重構(gòu)黑格爾倫理構(gòu)想,從而提出如下問題進行思考:黑格爾倫理內(nèi)在標準模型所包含的理論要素,如果沒有客觀主義歷史哲學之先決條件,是否也能指出道德自由意識進步的可能?或者說,如果沒有自我實在化的精神之先決條件,歷史中是否也存在著道德進步?黑格爾倫理構(gòu)想內(nèi)含著的歷史動力要素,是否不能提供足夠的立足點?由此得出的結(jié)論是,倫理的歷史可以被思考為制度性規(guī)范的更替;"為承認而斗爭"既是行為者歷史的中介,又在倫理領(lǐng)域中推動道德進步。
[Abstract]:In Kant's pure moral constructivism theory was accused of abstract formalism at the same time, Hagel's "new Aristotle doctrine" ethics is being blamed for the pure conservatism. Can be used after the reconstruction of metaphysics of Hagel's ethical ideas, so as to put forward the following problems in the theory of Hagel's ethical thinking: elements of internal standard model contains, if not objectivism historical philosophy is a prerequisite, is also pointed out that the awareness of moral freedom progress possible? Or, if there is no self is the spirit of the prerequisite, whether there is a history of moral progress? History contains the dynamic factors of Hagel's ethical conception, whether cannot provide enough so that the starting point? The conclusion is that the history of ethics can be thought as the institutional norms change; "struggle for recognition" is the history of the actors in the intermediary. Ethical progress is promoted in the field of ethics.
