【摘要】：德國學者孔漢思提出全球倫理的概念后,全球倫理成為了當今學者反復爭論和探討的話題。之所以會出現(xiàn)分歧,其根本原因是對全球倫理的邊界認知模糊,不明確全球倫理的適用范圍。全球倫理是一種底線倫理,它所追求的是人類的道德共識。全球倫理不能包含西方政治強權的意識形態(tài),一旦這種政治強權的意識形態(tài)介入,全球倫理就會成為某些既得利益者的價值宣傳工具,它就不再是能被每個國家所接受和認可的。通過總結西方全球倫理構建的路徑方法,表明孔漢思的全球倫理只是西方倫理共識體系思想的一種,并揭示出何時起強權政治介入到了全球倫理的領域,使得全球倫理偏離了它原本的軌道。全球倫理的內在邊界在于它的人類關懷,雖然各個國家之間的信仰不同,但是不同信仰的國家都遵循著一個相同的底線——以人性作為普遍的標準。全球倫理是可以構建和實現(xiàn)的,但是政治強權不可以對倫理規(guī)范進行干預,越界的強權政治意識形態(tài)和價值觀必須把它剔除出去,回歸倫理道德本身。
[Abstract]:After the German scholar Kong Han put forward the concept of global ethics, global ethics has become a topic of debate and discussion among scholars. The scope of application of global ethics is not clear. Global ethics is a kind of bottom line ethics, what it pursues is the moral consensus of human beings. Global ethics cannot contain the ideology of western political power, once the ideology of political power is involved, Global ethics will become a value advocacy tool for some vested interests, and it will no longer be accepted and recognized by every country. It shows that Kong Hance's global ethics is only one kind of thought of western ethical consensus system, and reveals when power politics has been involved in the field of global ethics. The inner boundary of global ethics lies in its human concern, although different countries have different beliefs. But countries of different faiths follow the same bottom line-human nature is the universal standard. Global ethics can be built and realized, but political might can't interfere with ethical norms. The ideology and values of power politics across the border must be eliminated and returned to ethics itself.
