【摘要】：認知增強,一直是一個被人類看重的議題,無論是遙遠的古代,還是科技發(fā)達的現(xiàn)今。隨著科技發(fā)展迅猛,信息化席卷全球,信息成為重要資源,由于認知力和信息緊密相聯(lián),人類對于認知力的提高變得更加重視。通過生物技術(shù)改善人類的認知力,已然成為現(xiàn)實。目前認知增強技術(shù)主要存在三種方式,其中有藥物增強,基因選擇,以及對大腦神經(jīng)的干預(yù)。與此同時,隨著認知增強技術(shù)的發(fā)展其引發(fā)的諸多倫理問題不斷凸顯,積極研究解決相關(guān)問題必要而緊迫。在此背景下,對該技術(shù)如何使用以及對認知增強引發(fā)的倫理問題進行探討就具有很深刻的現(xiàn)實意義。認知增強技術(shù)是對人外在或者內(nèi)在的信息處理系統(tǒng)進行提高或者改善,從而達到對大腦認知的增強。認知增強技術(shù)雖然可以成功地使人的認知力得到增強,從而提高人們的工作效率,并讓人們生活的壓力減小,但由于技術(shù)本身的不夠成熟以及技術(shù)本身對倫理的沖擊,因此該技術(shù)也產(chǎn)生了很多我們無法忽略的問題。本文主要針對認知增強技術(shù)引發(fā)的社會公正問題、主體安全問題、自主性問題以及個人隱私問題進行深度研究。文章主要分為五個主要部分:第一部分和第二部分對認知增強發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀進行綜合性整理和分析,其中包括對認知增強概念的探討和整理。第三部分對認知增強引起的倫理問題進行梳理歸類并做詳細分析。第四部分試圖對認知增強技術(shù)倫理問題的原因進行深度剖析。第五部分主要對認知增強引起倫理問題提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,包括完善其倫理原則以及具體解決措施。本文主張客觀看待認知增強技術(shù),并在倫理的規(guī)約下合理使用認知增強技術(shù),從而實現(xiàn)它的社會價值并為人和社會創(chuàng)造更多的價值。
[Abstract]:Cognitive enhancement has always been an issue valued by human beings, whether in ancient times or today. With the rapid development of science and technology, information has swept the world, information has become an important resource, because cognitive power and information are closely related. Human beings pay more attention to the improvement of cognitive ability. It has become a reality to improve human cognitive ability through biotechnology. At present, there are three main ways of cognitive enhancement: drug enhancement, gene selection, At the same time, with the development of cognitive enhancement technology, many ethical problems have been highlighted, so it is necessary and urgent to actively study and solve the related problems. It is of great practical significance to discuss how the technology is used and the ethical problems caused by cognitive enhancement. Cognitive enhancement technology is to improve or improve the external or internal information processing system. Cognitive enhancement technology can successfully enhance people's cognitive ability, thereby improving their productivity and reducing the stress of their lives. However, due to the immaturity of the technology itself and the impact of the technology itself on ethics, there are many problems that we cannot ignore. This paper mainly focuses on the problems of social justice and subject security caused by cognitive enhancement technology. The paper is divided into five main parts: the first part and the second part are the comprehensive analysis and analysis of the history and present situation of cognitive enhancement development. It includes the discussion and arrangement of the concept of cognitive enhancement. The third part combs and classifies the ethical problems caused by cognitive enhancement and makes a detailed analysis. Part 4th attempts to analyze the causes of the ethical problems in cognitive enhancement technology. The 5th part mainly puts forward the corresponding solutions to the ethical problems caused by cognitive enhancement. This paper advocates the objective view of cognitive enhancement technology and the rational use of cognitive enhancement technology under the ethical rules so as to realize its social value and create more value for people and society.
