【摘要】："敬"作為一種道德,出現(xiàn)于西周初年,其最初意義主要是指一種臨事態(tài)度,即"敬事"。"敬事"表現(xiàn)為兩大層面的意義:畏—懼—警的道德心理意識(shí)和慎—肅—勤的道德行為表現(xiàn)。當(dāng)代敬業(yè)精神在繼承和弘揚(yáng)其基本理念的基礎(chǔ)上,還需結(jié)合時(shí)代特征,在責(zé)任、創(chuàng)新、趣味和樂群等方面予以豐富和發(fā)展:凸顯責(zé)任的屬人性與社會(huì)性;辯證分析以勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和勞動(dòng)時(shí)間長度為主體的敬業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)尺度,強(qiáng)調(diào)創(chuàng)新是人之主體性和創(chuàng)造性特征的集中體現(xiàn);主張趣味是敬業(yè)精神的真正底色;明確樂群這一傳統(tǒng)理念與團(tuán)隊(duì)精神在內(nèi)涵上的相合處。
[Abstract]:"respect" as a kind of morality, appeared in the early Western Zhou Dynasty, its initial meaning mainly refers to a kind of temporary attitude. That is, "respecting things". "respecting things" shows two levels of significance: the moral psychological consciousness of fear, fear and police and the moral behavior of discreet and discreet. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward its basic idea, the contemporary spirit of respect for work is based on its basic idea.
