【摘要】：勞動(dòng)倫理既是人的自由全面發(fā)展的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和邏輯起點(diǎn)：“人因勞動(dòng)而體面”；也是彰顯中國道路、中國理論、中國制度的價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)和信念訴求。保障勞動(dòng)者“體面勞動(dòng)”的權(quán)利和義務(wù),踐行與社會(huì)公平正義、人民福祉增長相銜接的勞動(dòng)邏輯,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)“讓人民群眾有更多獲得感”、“讓每個(gè)人都有人生出彩機(jī)會(huì)”、“增進(jìn)人民福祉,促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展”的勞動(dòng)意義,是共享發(fā)展視域下當(dāng)代中國勞動(dòng)倫理的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求和根本旨趣。改革開放30多年的中國發(fā)展模式撼動(dòng)了整個(gè)國際社會(huì),贏得了與18世紀(jì)英國工業(yè)革命、1789年法國大革命、1917年俄國十月革命、19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初美國崛起相媲美的“中國崛起”美譽(yù)。然而,盡管中國成為了一個(gè)既蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的歷史細(xì)節(jié)與文化細(xì)節(jié),又承載著綜合國力強(qiáng)和發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ蟮男滦同F(xiàn)代化國家,但要實(shí)現(xiàn)共享發(fā)展視域下的當(dāng)代中國勞動(dòng)倫理,讓勞動(dòng)成為人的體面、教養(yǎng)和幸福的生存法則,依然是一項(xiàng)長期而艱巨的任務(wù)。如何駕馭、掌控和突圍“資本與勞動(dòng)、效率與公平、需求與供給結(jié)構(gòu)性失衡,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度放緩,社會(huì)流動(dòng)頻率加快,人口老齡化問題凸顯,資源環(huán)境壓力持續(xù)加大,地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡,公共服務(wù)滯后,社會(huì)誠信缺失,全民安全焦慮,公平性不足與效率不高并存”的多重?cái)D壓圍城,是建構(gòu)當(dāng)代中國勞動(dòng)倫理體系無法回避的時(shí)代問題和必須遵循的現(xiàn)實(shí)邏輯。作為共享發(fā)展哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的勞動(dòng)倫理,不只是一個(gè)關(guān)涉財(cái)富創(chuàng)造與利益分配的經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,也是一個(gè)關(guān)系勞資合作與廣泛交往的社會(huì)問題,還是一個(gè)關(guān)乎人的全面發(fā)展與幸福生活的倫理道德問題。全文以建構(gòu)共享發(fā)展理念下勞動(dòng)倫理體系為主旨,透析我國當(dāng)前勞動(dòng)倫理領(lǐng)域存在的主要問題,從勞動(dòng)要素、勞動(dòng)過程、勞動(dòng)價(jià)值等多維度揭示勞動(dòng)的倫理意義,以求復(fù)歸勞動(dòng)應(yīng)有的神圣性和倫理精神。全文共七個(gè)部分：引論以共享看待勞動(dòng),引出勞動(dòng)倫理研究的現(xiàn)狀、意義和本文的主要思路。第一章揭示出勞方與資方的利益博弈、公平與效率的目的糾結(jié)、勞動(dòng)高尚與勞動(dòng)者卑微之間的主體悖論等當(dāng)前我國勞動(dòng)倫理領(lǐng)域存在的主要問題。第二章是全文的理論基礎(chǔ),著重厘清勞動(dòng)和勞動(dòng)倫理的概念、內(nèi)涵及形態(tài),解讀馬克思以異化勞動(dòng)為邏輯起點(diǎn)、人的自由全面發(fā)展為價(jià)值依歸的勞動(dòng)倫理思想。第三章從勞動(dòng)要素視角闡釋勞動(dòng)倫理,努力回答好“資本與勞動(dòng)誰養(yǎng)活誰的問題”、“科技發(fā)展是對勞動(dòng)的解放還是對勞動(dòng)的拋棄的問題”、“管理是對勞動(dòng)者的束縛還是自由的保障的問題”等。第四章以勞動(dòng)過程維度分析勞動(dòng)倫理,對職業(yè)選擇的倫理審視、職業(yè)勞動(dòng)的倫理向度、延遲退休的倫理檢視等勞動(dòng)者在勞動(dòng)前、勞動(dòng)中、勞動(dòng)后三階段進(jìn)行勞動(dòng)倫理考量。第五章從勞動(dòng)之于人價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)程度的角度,對勞動(dòng)自為與為他的價(jià)值兩面性,勞動(dòng)倫理所涉人的生存、生活、發(fā)展的價(jià)值梯次性,以及勞動(dòng)與幸福、勞動(dòng)與交往、勞動(dòng)與生態(tài)等價(jià)值關(guān)系性,分別作出勞動(dòng)倫理視角的解析。結(jié)語以“走向共享發(fā)展的體面勞動(dòng)”為題,對本課題目標(biāo)愿景進(jìn)行總結(jié)展望。體面勞動(dòng)是更具深厚倫理意蘊(yùn)和深邃倫理精神的勞動(dòng)倫理形態(tài),倡導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐體面勞動(dòng),就是要讓共享發(fā)展理念真正落地生根。
