摘 要
社會(huì)的道德?tīng)顩r一直都是社會(huì)各階層關(guān)注的要點(diǎn),教師的道德情況也是不容忽視的。當(dāng)前小學(xué)教師是否已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到信息倫理道德的重要地位;如何喚起小學(xué)教師的信息倫理道德意識(shí);如何提高小學(xué)教師的信息倫理道德水平,這些都是應(yīng)該引起我們重視的問(wèn)題。
在本研究中,筆者主要通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、觀察法、訪談法和問(wèn)卷法對(duì)大連市小學(xué)教師信息倫理道德水平的情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,從信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)涉及的四個(gè)方面出發(fā),總結(jié)出大連市小學(xué)教師信息倫理道德水平的現(xiàn)狀。1.在系統(tǒng)軟件、電腦文件的維護(hù)與運(yùn)用方面,大部分教師對(duì)于電腦的硬件系統(tǒng)文件了解不足,但也會(huì)在使用時(shí)顧及是否會(huì)影響到其他教師;2.在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息方面,大部分教師對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的理解都存在著偏差,對(duì)其利用方面也是差強(qiáng)人意;3.在軟件方面,部分教師并沒(méi)有持有正確的態(tài)度,對(duì)于保護(hù)自己合法權(quán)利的意識(shí)也不夠強(qiáng)烈;4.在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全方面,教師們基本上都能夠做到尊重他人的隱私,但涉及到他人的權(quán)益與安全問(wèn)題時(shí),大部分教師都沒(méi)能表現(xiàn)出應(yīng)該有的態(tài)度。
經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致小學(xué)教師信息倫理道德現(xiàn)狀形成的原因主要有以下幾點(diǎn):1.社會(huì)因素的影響:公民道德冷漠現(xiàn)象加劇;網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的法律法規(guī)尚不完善;社會(huì)忽視教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)。2.學(xué)校方面的影響:對(duì)教師的功利獎(jiǎng)懲;教師培訓(xùn)方向出現(xiàn)偏差;部分學(xué)校教育經(jīng)費(fèi)不足。3.教師自身的因素:對(duì)信息倫理道德理解不深刻;部分教師對(duì)電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)有抵觸情緒;在培養(yǎng)自身信息倫理道德過(guò)程中意志不堅(jiān)定;教師知行不一致等。
針對(duì)以上原因,筆者嘗試提出一些建議,以改善當(dāng)前小學(xué)教師信息倫理道德的現(xiàn)狀。在社會(huì)方面,加強(qiáng)全民道德意識(shí);制定網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)的法律道德規(guī)范;對(duì)教師的信息倫理道德培養(yǎng)給予政策與經(jīng)濟(jì)支持。在學(xué)校方面,改革對(duì)教師的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)并創(chuàng)新對(duì)教師信息倫理道德的培訓(xùn);重視對(duì)教師的示范教育與集體影響。在教師個(gè)人方面,自律與他律相結(jié)合;轉(zhuǎn)變教師觀念,正確對(duì)待網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息;增加社會(huì)實(shí)踐,做到知行統(tǒng)一。
本研究通過(guò)理論研究與實(shí)踐調(diào)查相結(jié)合,嘗試從教師的外顯行為入手,對(duì)小學(xué)教師信息倫理道德現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,并提出切實(shí)可行的改善建議,希望能為教師本身,學(xué)校以及相關(guān)單位在今后的工作與生活上有所幫助。也希望能通過(guò)本研究引起社會(huì)各階層對(duì)教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的重視,使教師更好地完成自己教書(shū)育人的使命。

Abstract
The moral state of society has always been the main point of all sectors of society.So does teachers’morality.We should pay attentions to that weather the Primary school teachers have realized the impotant role of the information ethics;how to arouse their awareness of the information ethics and how to improve it.
I surveyes the information ethical level of primary school teachers in Dalian by looking for literatures,observing and interviewing teachers and handing out questionnaires.I summed up the status of the information ethical level of them from 4 aspects involved in the information
network.Most of the teachers are lack of understanding of computer hardware system files,but they can also be used to take into account whether it will affect the other teachers.The majority of teachers have bias on the understanding of the netword information,whose utilization is also far from satisfactory.Some teachers did not hold the correct attitude to protect their legitimate rights.
After the analysis of survey results,I found the main reasons leading to the formation of primary school teachers in information ethics status are as following,strong moral indifference phenmenon,inperfect laws and regulations on the network,neglect of the teachers’professinonal morality,lack of funding for school education,moral training deviation for teachers,the resistance to the network information and so on.
For the above reasons,I try to give some suggestions.First of all,the government should give policy and financial support to teachers’training in information ethics,improve teachers’ evaluation mechanism.Second,strengh and innovate the teachers’training in information ethics, emphasis on teacher demonstrative education and collective impact.Third,change the teachers’ concept to make them correctly deal with the network informations,and increase their social practices,so that they can unity them to their knowledge.
I try to do a systematic study of primary school teacher in information ethics and moral status from the teachers’explicit behavor,and give some practical suggestions for improvement.I hope my research could help those that includ teachers,schools and other related departments in the future work.
