道德金律、恕忠之道與儒家倫理

摘要/Abstract在西方基督教道德金律內(nèi)部實(shí)質(zhì)上隱含著兩條相互矛盾與沖突的原則,即普遍公正原則與人際間關(guān)愛原則。在這兩條原則曾在基督教倫理學(xué)中借助于超越性上帝的絕對之愛的觀念達(dá)成一種和諧與平衡。隨著上帝在現(xiàn)代的退隱,道德金律中原本存在著的兩條原則間的沖突也就拱顯出來,并愈演愈烈,最終導(dǎo)致上述兩原則間的失衡。作為這一失衡的結(jié)果,人際間關(guān)愛的原則在近代倫理學(xué)的思考中被邊緣化,而絕對性的普遍公正原則在道德倫理評判中占據(jù)了統(tǒng)治地位。從對基督教道德金律現(xiàn)代命運(yùn)的討論反觀由孔子首先倡導(dǎo)的恕忠之道,,可以看出其與基督教對倫理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)思考路向的根本不同:與基督教道德金律的神諭本質(zhì)相違,孔子的恕忠之道一開始就是人間之道。它沒有也不需要一個超越性上帝作為保證。由此,儒家的忠恕之道所倡導(dǎo)的公正就只能是相對的和具體的,而不可能是絕對的和普遍的。這樣,公正觀念并不與人際間關(guān)愛相沖突,反之,前者根植于后者之上。因此基督教的道德金律揭示出西方絕對律令型、規(guī)范性倫理學(xué)的本質(zhì),孔子的忠恕之道作為人間之道則彰顯出儒家教化型、示范型倫理學(xué)的本色。
There are two paradoxical rules in Gold Rule of west Christianity- universal justice and interpersonal love. The two rules were since harmony by the absolute love of God. But with the disappearance of God in modern, the conflict between two rules appears and they lose their balance in final. As a result, the rule of universal justice control ethical judgment, by which we can see that the way of loyal and considerate is the way on earth from origin. It needn't the surety of transcendental God. Therefore, the justice that Confucianism advocates is only relative and concrete. The justice is based on interpersonal love, it doesn't conflict with interpersonal love. Golden Rule declares the absolute law and standard in west ethic. The way of loyal and considerate as the way on earth declares the essence of education and demonstration in ethic .
