【摘要】：1933年秋天,共產(chǎn)國際派到中共中央的軍事顧問李德從上海來到中央蘇區(qū)瑞金。根據(jù)聯(lián)共(布)、共產(chǎn)國際檔案記載,李德到瑞金的時間為1933年9月26日。據(jù)李德回憶,幾天后,中央就在他的住處召開"革命軍事委員會第一次會議",討論軍事問題,并作出相應(yīng)的決議。根據(jù)史料,1933年10月2日,李德制定了《東方軍應(yīng)消滅硝石等地敵人》《對東方軍中央軍作戰(zhàn)行動的指示》等軍事命令。這些軍事命令正是按照李德在會上的判斷和建議作出的。由此,筆者認(rèn)為,1933年10月2日就是"革命軍事委員會第一次會議"召開的時間。
[Abstract]:In the fall of 1933, Li De, a military adviser to the CPC Central Committee, arrived in Ruijin, Central Soviet District, from Shanghai. According to the Communist Party, Comintern archives, Li De to Ruijin on September 26, 1933. Li De recalled that a few days later, the Central Committee held the "first meeting of the Revolutionary military Commission" at his residence to discuss military issues and make corresponding decisions. According to historical data, on October 2, 1933, Li De formulated military orders such as "the Orient Army shall destroy the enemy of the land and other places," instructions to the Central Army of the Eastern Army for operational Action ", and other military orders. These military orders were made in accordance with Li De's judgment and advice at the meeting. Therefore, the author thinks that October 2, 1933 is the time of the first meeting of the Revolutionary military Commission.
