高校二級學院黨組織發(fā)揮政治核心作用與完善服務功能研究

【摘要】：推進高校二級學院黨組織發(fā)揮政治核心作用與完善服務功能,要完善學院領導組織架構,以黨政聯(lián)席會議議事規(guī)則為指引,妥善處理好各方面關系并切實發(fā)揮相關主體的作用;要優(yōu)化學院黨組織設置,針對教職工黨員、研究生黨員、本科生黨員的不同特點和實際情況,積極探索新的組織設置形式;要完善學院黨建工作機制,以強化黨員隊伍建設為主線,加大黨建工作保障力度為重點;要強化學院黨組織服務群眾的功能,既能向外發(fā)散,體現(xiàn)黨的服務功能,又可向內(nèi)聚合,健全黨內(nèi)關懷機制。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the party organization of the second level college to play the political core role and perfect the service function, it is necessary to perfect the structure of the leading organization of the college, take the rules of procedure of the joint party and government meeting as the guide, properly handle the relations in all aspects and give full play to the role of the relevant main body; It is necessary to optimize the setting up of the Party organization of the college, and actively explore the new organizational setting form according to the different characteristics and actual conditions of the Party members of the faculty, the postgraduates and the undergraduate party members. It is necessary to perfect the work mechanism of the Party building in the college, take strengthening the construction of the party members as the main line, and strengthen the guarantee of the work of the party building as the focal point; It is necessary to strengthen the function of the college party organization in serving the masses, which can not only spread out, embody the service function of the party, but also converge internally, and perfect the care mechanism within the party.
