【摘要】：正2016年12月26日至27日,習(xí)近平總書記主持召開中共中央政治局民主生活會并發(fā)表重要講話,對照貫徹落實黨的十八屆六中全會精神,研究加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)政治生活和黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督的措施。筆者認(rèn)為,習(xí)近平總書記在這次民主生活會的講話重點對照《關(guān)于新形勢下黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準(zhǔn)則》(以下簡稱《準(zhǔn)則》)、《中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督條例》(以下簡稱《條例》),著眼于黨的十九大,就加強(qiáng)中央政治局建設(shè)有一系列新思想新要求新論斷,是加強(qiáng)中央政治局建設(shè)的一
[Abstract]:From 26 to 27 December 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over a democratic life meeting of the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and delivered an important speech in contrast to the implementation of the spirit of the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. To study measures to strengthen political life and supervision within the Party. In my opinion, the speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping at this democratic life meeting is focused on comparing with "some Standards on Inner-Party political Life under the New situation" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standards"). The "regulations of the CPC on Inner-Party Supervision" (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations"), focusing on the 19th National Congress of the Party, has a series of new ideas, new requirements and new judgments on strengthening the construction of the political Bureau of the Central Committee, which is one of the measures to strengthen the construction of the political Bureau of the Central Committee.
