【摘要】：在全面深化改革,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,根治腐敗頑疾,激發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新活力,是推進(jìn)、完善國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的題中之義。文章以近年來(lái)腐敗案件和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為支撐,運(yùn)用諾思等人提出的社會(huì)秩序變遷理論框架考察了我國(guó)腐敗的特征和廉政建設(shè)的具體路徑。從社會(huì)秩序變遷的制度性理論范疇審視廉政建設(shè)的秩序邏輯,并結(jié)合中國(guó)的本土情況加以修正,以期為廉政建設(shè)提供理論參考與實(shí)踐支撐。
[Abstract]:In the key period of deepening reform, economic development and social transformation, it is the key to promote and perfect the modernization of national governance to cure corruption and stimulate the new vigor of economic and social development. Based on the corruption cases and related data in recent years, this paper investigates the characteristics of corruption and the specific path of building a clean government in China by using the theoretical framework of social order change put forward by North et al. This paper examines the order logic of clean government construction from the institutional theory category of social order change and revises it in combination with the local situation in China in order to provide theoretical reference and practical support for the construction of clean government.
