【摘要】：全國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)總量逾千萬(wàn)人,80、90后青年群體成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)絕對(duì)主體。共青團(tuán)可采取對(duì)接傾聽(tīng)青年"最先一公里"和打通政策落地"最后一公里"、選樹(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)典型和表彰電商企業(yè)代表、建立培訓(xùn)基地和開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)志愿服務(wù)、完善服務(wù)體系和搭建支撐平臺(tái)、提供創(chuàng)業(yè)啟動(dòng)和后續(xù)發(fā)展保障資金等應(yīng)對(duì)策略,解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)的從業(yè)需求及主要問(wèn)題,帶動(dòng)正在創(chuàng)業(yè)和有意向創(chuàng)業(yè)的青年們共同筑建凝聚青春力量、生機(jī)蓬勃的網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)圈。
[Abstract]:The total number of online entrepreneurship and employment is more than ten million, and the 80, 90-year-old youth group has become the absolute main body of network entrepreneurship. The Communist Youth League can take the joint to listen to young people "the first kilometer" and open the policy to the ground "the last kilometer", select the typical network entrepreneurial model and recognize the representatives of e-commerce enterprises, establish training bases and develop training volunteer service. To improve the service system and build the supporting platform, to provide start-up and follow-up development support funds and other coping strategies, to solve the employment needs and major problems of network entrepreneurship, Drive the young people who are starting a business and want to build a network ecosphere full of vigor and vitality.
