【摘要】：黨員是黨的肌體的細(xì)胞,從嚴(yán)治黨務(wù)必筑牢黨的這一細(xì)胞工程。這是因?yàn)辄h的先進(jìn)性和純潔性要靠千千萬萬黨員的先進(jìn)性和純潔性來體現(xiàn),黨的執(zhí)政使命要靠千千萬萬黨員卓有成效的工作來完成。筑牢黨的細(xì)胞工程,一要以嚴(yán)格的黨員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為尺度,二要以嚴(yán)肅的教育幫助奠根基,三要以嚴(yán)實(shí)的組織體系來整合,四要以嚴(yán)密的法規(guī)制度來規(guī)范,五要以嚴(yán)厲的監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(jì)作保證。
[Abstract]:Party members are the cells of the party's body, strict administration of the party must build this cell project.
