【摘要】：正2010年1月,第五次中央西藏工作座談會即在首都北京隆重召開,會議建立了發(fā)達(dá)省市、中央國家機(jī)關(guān)和部分中央企業(yè)對口支援青海省藏區(qū)的幫扶機(jī)制,動員各方面力量支持青海的發(fā)展進(jìn)步。這是繼2008年國務(wù)院出臺《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)青海等省藏區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的若干意見》后,中央再次對青海等四省藏區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展作出全面部署,這在藏區(qū)和青海工作歷史上具有里程碑意義。
[Abstract]:In January 2010, the fifth Central Symposium on Tibet work was held in Beijing, the capital city. The meeting established a mechanism for helping developed provinces and cities, central government organs and some central enterprises to support the Tibetan areas of Qinghai Province. Mobilize all forces to support Qinghai's development and progress. This is after the State Council issued "some opinions on further promoting the Economic and Social Development of Qinghai and other Tibetan areas" in 2008, the Central Committee has once again made a comprehensive plan for the economic and social development of the four Tibetan areas of Qinghai and other provinces. This is a milestone in the history of Tibetan and Qinghai work.
