【摘要】：正當(dāng)下中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)進(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)增速換擋期、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整陣痛期、前期刺激政策消化期"三期疊加"的新常態(tài),反腐倡廉新常態(tài)也逐漸顯現(xiàn),落實(shí)"兩個(gè)責(zé)任",糾"四風(fēng)"、懲貪腐、建制度、抓教育,打造監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(jì)"正能量"�？茖W(xué)把握廉政新常態(tài)的理論內(nèi)涵與特征,有利于在理論上加強(qiáng)廉政新常態(tài)研究,在實(shí)踐上創(chuàng)新治理新路徑。一、廉政新常態(tài)的內(nèi)涵理解關(guān)于廉政新常態(tài)內(nèi)涵理解主要有以下幾種代表性觀點(diǎn):第一,"高壓反腐新常態(tài)"說,認(rèn)為反腐新常
[Abstract]:Just as the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the period of shifting economic growth, the painful period of structural adjustment, the new normal of "three phases superposition" in the period of early digestion of stimulus policies, the new normal of combating corruption and advocating clean government is also gradually emerging. Carry out "two responsibilities", correct "four winds", punish corruption, build system, pay attention to education, build "positive energy" of supervision and discipline. Scientific understanding of the theoretical connotation and characteristics of the new normal of clean government is conducive to strengthening the research of the new normal of clean government theoretically and innovating the new path of governance in practice.
