【摘要】：中國共產黨歷來重視黨的宣傳工作。解放戰(zhàn)爭時期,中國共產黨在短時間內獲得廣大人民群眾的支持,數以萬計國民黨軍隊倒戈,宣傳工作功不可沒。在各大戰(zhàn)役中,太原戰(zhàn)役體現(xiàn)的尤為顯著。山西歷來乃兵家必爭之地,太原解放標志著整個華北地區(qū)的解放,是戰(zhàn)略決戰(zhàn)進程中的重要一環(huán)。當時,閻錫山盤踞太原,修筑堅固的防城工事,太原戰(zhàn)役歷時6個月取得最終勝利。在這場重要的城市攻堅戰(zhàn)之中,“瓦解”工作是中共中央軍委制定的一項作戰(zhàn)方案,是一項重要的宣傳工作,而中國共產黨為了解放太原而進行的宣傳工作,包含有更豐富、具體的內容,與各項工作緊密聯(lián)系、有力配合,服務于解放太原這一中心任務。中國共產黨解放太原的宣傳工作研究對于豐富地方史、中共黨史以及中國革命史都有著重要意義,但是目前學界對解放戰(zhàn)爭時期黨的宣傳工作研究較少,針對解放太原的宣傳工作之研究更是罕見。本文通過對大量原始歷史檔案、相關論著的查閱與整理,嘗試系統(tǒng)梳理中國共產黨解放太原的宣傳工作,重點介紹對于不同宣傳對象的宣傳內容、具體宣傳方式,總結此次宣傳工作的歷史經驗以及對我黨宣傳工作的啟示。本文把宣傳對象劃分為四類,分別介紹了黨內干部教育、人民群眾動員、軍隊士氣鼓舞、瓦解國民黨軍這四部分宣傳工作,其中宣傳對象不同,宣傳內容的側重點各有不同。中國共產黨利用海量的宣傳方式將宣傳內容滲透到方方面面,通過多種方式達到宣傳的目的。本文將宣傳方式分為語言宣傳、文字宣傳、藝術宣傳,并結合史料介紹每種宣傳方式在工作中具體的表現(xiàn)形式。文章最后總結出我黨在這項工作中扎根群眾進行宣傳、利用重大時間節(jié)點集中宣傳、重視樹立各類先進典型等的歷史經驗與啟示,以供當下借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the Party's propaganda work. During the Liberation War, the CPC won the support of the broad masses of the people in a short period of time, and tens of thousands of Kuomintang troops defected, contributing to propaganda work. Among the major campaigns, the Taiyuan campaign was particularly marked. Shanxi has always been a battle for war, Taiyuan liberation marks the liberation of the whole North China, is an important link in the process of strategic decisive battle. At that time, Yan Xishan settled in Taiyuan, built a solid city defense, Taiyuan battle lasted 6 months to win the final victory. In this important urban battle, the work of "disintegrating" is a combat plan formulated by the Central military Commission of the CPC Central Committee and an important propaganda work, and the propaganda work carried out by the Communist Party of China for the liberation of Taiyuan includes more extensive propaganda work. Specific content, closely linked with the work, have the ability to cooperate, serving the liberation of Taiyuan this central task. The study on the propaganda work of the Communist Party of China to liberate Taiyuan is of great significance to enrich the local history, the history of the Communist Party of China and the history of the Chinese revolution. However, at present, there is little research in academic circles on the propaganda work of the Party during the War of Liberation. The research on the propaganda work of Jiefang Taiyuan is even rarer. By consulting and sorting out a large number of original historical archives and related works, this paper tries to systematically comb the propaganda work of the Communist Party of China to liberate Taiyuan, focusing on the propaganda contents and specific propaganda methods for different propaganda objects. Summarize the historical experience of this propaganda work and the inspiration to our Party propaganda work. This paper divides the propaganda object into four categories, and introduces the propaganda work of the Party cadres education, the mobilization of the people and the masses, the encouragement of the army morale and the disintegration of the Kuomintang army, among which the propaganda objects are different, and the emphasis of the propaganda content is different. The Communist Party of China uses mass propaganda methods to infiltrate all aspects of propaganda content and achieve the purpose of propaganda in various ways. This article divides the propaganda way into the language propaganda, the literal propaganda, the art propaganda, and unifies the historical data to introduce each kind of propaganda way in the work concrete manifestation. Finally, the paper summarizes the historical experience and enlightenment of taking root and populace propaganda in this work, making use of the important time node to concentrate propaganda and attaching importance to the establishment of various kinds of advanced typical examples, so as to provide reference for the present.
