【摘要】：以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央,堅定不移推進(jìn)全面從嚴(yán)治黨,形成了反腐敗斗爭壓倒性態(tài)勢,黨內(nèi)政治生活氣象更新,黨的執(zhí)政根基持續(xù)夯實(shí)鞏固,為黨和國家各項事業(yè)發(fā)展提供了堅強(qiáng)政治保證。在強(qiáng)力正風(fēng)反腐過程中,"容忍適度腐敗有利經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展","反腐敗影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展"等謬論悄然滋生、混淆視聽。本文從影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的復(fù)雜因素、反腐敗與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相互作用入題論證,分別辯證分析反腐敗對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的短期影響和長期收益,說明反腐敗與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在十分密切的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。從根本上說,反腐敗與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展良性互動,前者通過對影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相關(guān)因素的直接和間接作用,與后者相互滲透,在目標(biāo)、主體、價值等方面有著高度的統(tǒng)一性,反腐敗是推進(jìn)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的迫切需求和必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has unswervingly pushed forward comprehensive and strict administration of the party, formed an overwhelming situation in the struggle against corruption, renewed the atmosphere of political life within the party, and continued to consolidate the ruling foundation of the party. It provides a strong political guarantee for the development of various undertakings of the Party and the state. In the process of vigorous anti-corruption, such fallacies as "tolerating moderate corruption to benefit economic development" and "anti-corruption affecting economic development" quietly breed and confuse the public. Based on the complex factors affecting economic development and the interaction between anti-corruption and economic development, this paper dialectically analyzes the short-term and long-term benefits of anti-corruption on economic and social development. It shows that there is a very close positive correlation between anti-corruption and economic development. Fundamentally speaking, anti-corruption has a positive interaction with economic development. The former has a high degree of unity in terms of objectives, subject, value, and so on, through its direct and indirect role in influencing factors related to economic development. Anti-corruption is the urgent need and inevitable choice to promote the sustained and healthy development of national economy.
