【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)全面爆發(fā)后,在中華民族生死存亡的危急關(guān)頭,國(guó)共兩黨圍繞團(tuán)結(jié)抗戰(zhàn)的戰(zhàn)略策略,在清醒認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)國(guó)情和各自黨情的基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)了各自黨的基層組織建設(shè)。加強(qiáng)對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的研究,以史為鑒,希冀對(duì)今天的基層黨組織建設(shè)有所啟迪和借鑒。本文以辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義為指導(dǎo),以政黨建設(shè)體系為框架,以抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程為線索,綜合運(yùn)用了政治學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等學(xué)科對(duì)這一問題研究的最新成果,對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的歷史背景、主要內(nèi)容、實(shí)踐成效進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的考察論述,通過綜合研究和比較,從歷史變遷中揭示出了基層政黨建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)及現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。論文內(nèi)容包括:引言:論述和闡明了本文的選題緣由、研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究思路和方法,揭示了本文研究的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第一章:概述抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的社會(huì)歷史背景。從國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的歷史依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)需要兩個(gè)層面分析了國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的背景和生成原因,這是研究國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的基本前提。第二章:闡述抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國(guó)民黨的基層黨組織建設(shè)。本章分別從國(guó)民黨基層黨組織的基本架構(gòu)、組織工作、宣傳工作、民眾工作和基層黨政關(guān)系等方面展開,論述了國(guó)民黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容、實(shí)踐過程及成效。第三章:闡述抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的基層黨組織建設(shè)。本章同樣從中共基層黨組織的基本架構(gòu)、組織工作、宣傳工作、群眾工作和基層黨政關(guān)系等方面進(jìn)行論述,總結(jié)中共抗日根據(jù)地基層黨組織建設(shè)的實(shí)踐成效。第四章:對(duì)國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的共性與差異進(jìn)行比較研究。論述了國(guó)共基層黨組織建設(shè)在重視程度、思想理論建設(shè)、農(nóng)村基層黨建、時(shí)代特點(diǎn)等方面的相似之處;分析國(guó)共基層黨組織建設(shè)在工作覆蓋面、黨群關(guān)系、干部選用、工作實(shí)效、政黨形象等方面存在實(shí)質(zhì)的不同。第五章:闡述了國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)及當(dāng)代啟示。本章在肯定國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)成績(jī)的同時(shí),分析了兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)存在的不足,總結(jié)了國(guó)共兩黨基層黨組織建設(shè)的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。結(jié)語:全面總結(jié)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國(guó)共兩黨的基層黨組織建設(shè)情況,并給出本文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, at the critical moment of the survival of the Chinese nation, the Kuomintang and the Communist Party revolved around the strategic strategy of uniting the War of Resistance against Japan, on the basis of sobering understanding of China's national conditions and their own party feelings, and at the same time emphasized the building of their respective party's grass-roots organizations. In order to draw lessons from history, it is hoped that the study on the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the period of the War of Resistance against Japan will enlighten and draw lessons from the construction of grass-roots party organizations today. Under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, taking the system of political party construction as the frame, taking the development process of the two parties' grass-roots party organization construction during the War of Resistance against Japan as the clue, this paper makes comprehensive use of political science and history. The latest achievements of sociology and other disciplines on this issue, the historical background, main contents and practical results of the construction of the grass-roots party organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party during the War of Resistance against Japan were comprehensively and systematically discussed, and through comprehensive research and comparison, From the historical changes, this paper reveals the experiences and lessons of the construction of grassroots political parties and its practical enlightenment. The content of this paper includes: introduction: the reason, the present research situation, the research thought and the method of this paper are discussed and clarified, and the academic value and practical significance of the research are revealed. Chapter one: summarize the social and historical background of the construction of the two basic Party organizations during the War of Resistance against Japan. From the historical basis of the construction of the grass-roots party organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China, the paper analyzes the background and the reasons for the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations of the two parties in reality, which is the basic premise of the study on the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China. Chapter two: expound the basic Party organization construction of the Kuomintang during the War of Resistance against Japan. This chapter starts from the basic structure, organization work, propaganda work, populace work and the relationship between the party and government of the basic Party organization of the Kuomintang, and discusses the main content, the practice process and the effect of the construction of the party organization at the grass-roots level of the Kuomintang. Chapter three: expound the construction of the basic Party organization of the Communist Party of China during the War of Resistance against Japan. This chapter also discusses the basic structure, organization work, propaganda work, mass work and the relationship between the party and government of the basic Party organization of the Communist Party of China, and summarizes the practical effect of the construction of the party organization at the grass-roots level in the anti-Japanese base area of the Communist Party of China. Chapter four: a comparative study on the commonness and difference between the two parties. This paper discusses the similarities in the construction of the basic Party organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China in terms of the degree of attention, ideological and theoretical construction, rural grass-roots Party building, and the characteristics of the times, and analyzes the work coverage, the relationship between the Party and the masses, and the selection of cadres in the construction of the grass-roots party organizations of the Kuomintang and Communist Party The actual effect of work, party image and so on have the essential difference. Chapter five: expound the main experience and contemporary enlightenment of the construction of the basic Party organization of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. In this chapter, while affirming the successful experience in the construction of the basic Party organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China, the author analyzes the shortcomings of the construction of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level of the two parties, and summarizes the contemporary value of the construction of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China. Conclusion: summing up the construction of the basic Party organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party during the War of Resistance against Japan, and giving the conclusion of this paper.
