【摘要】：正"釘子戶",是指在城市建設(shè)征用土地時(shí),那些身處鬧市或開發(fā)區(qū)域,由于種種原因不肯遷走的住戶。管理學(xué)上講的"釘子戶",就是單位里不聽話、不服管的那一小部分人,跟部隊(duì)的刺兒頭兵一樣,是最麻煩、最頭痛、最不好帶的兵。他們的數(shù)量雖然不多,甚至是極個(gè)別的,但他們跟單位過不去,跟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過不
