【摘要】：城市社區(qū)是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,也是城市現(xiàn)代生活的重要平臺(tái)。社區(qū)的和諧穩(wěn)定,事關(guān)城市基層群眾生活的幸福指數(shù)和黨治國理政的成敗。因此,如何加強(qiáng)社區(qū)建設(shè)?社區(qū)黨組織應(yīng)該發(fā)揮什么樣的作用?怎樣使社區(qū)黨建與社區(qū)建設(shè)進(jìn)行良性互動(dòng)?城市社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化?無疑是值得研究的一個(gè)重要課題。本文以“城市社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化研究”為題,從問題意識(shí)出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、歷史分析法、辯證分析法、比較分析法、圖表分析法等研究方法,以理論分析、歷史梳理、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、問題剖析、應(yīng)對(duì)之道為研究路徑,對(duì)我國城市社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化問題進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。全文共包含引言、正文(五章)和結(jié)語三個(gè)部分。論文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面逐步展開:首先,闡述社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化的基本理論,主要對(duì)社區(qū)、城市社區(qū)等研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行概念界定和理論分析;其次,梳理社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程和實(shí)踐模式,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)提煉了社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn);再次,分析當(dāng)前城市社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)存在的主要問題,及其造成這些問題的原因;最后,從黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化的視野下,針對(duì)當(dāng)前城市社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)存在的諸多問題,有針對(duì)性地提出解決問題的思路和對(duì)策。在進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為:科學(xué)化是實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)黨建與社區(qū)建設(shè)之間良性互動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新戰(zhàn)略,通過提高社區(qū)黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平,有利于增強(qiáng)社區(qū)黨組織的創(chuàng)造力、凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力;有利于發(fā)展社區(qū)基層行政組織的調(diào)控力;有利于提高基層群眾的自治水平。
[Abstract]:Urban community is the product of the development of modern society and the important platform of modern city life. The harmony and stability of the community is related to the happiness index of the urban grassroots people and the success or failure of ruling the country. Therefore, how to strengthen the community construction? What role should community party organizations play? How to make the positive interaction between the community party building and the community construction? How to realize the Scientific Construction of the Urban Community Party? Undoubtedly, it is an important subject worth studying. Based on the scientific study of the Party building in the urban community, this paper, starting from the consciousness of the problem, synthetically applies the methods of literature research, historical analysis, dialectical analysis, comparative analysis, chart analysis, and so on, and makes theoretical analysis. This paper makes a systematic study on the scientific construction of the urban community party in our country by combing the history, summing up the experience, analyzing the problems, and taking the research path as the research path. The full text includes three parts: introduction, text (five chapters) and conclusion. The thesis mainly starts from the following several aspects: firstly, it expounds the basic theory of the scientific construction of the community party, mainly defines the concept and theoretical analysis of the community, urban community and other research objects; secondly, Combing the development course and practice mode of the community party building, and summarizing the basic experience of the community party building on this basis, thirdly, analyzing the main problems existing in the current urban community party building, and the causes of these problems. Finally, from the view of scientific construction of the Party, aiming at the problems existing in the construction of the Party in urban communities, the author puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to solve the problems. On the basis of systematic research, this paper concludes that scientization is a new strategy to realize the positive interaction and sustainable development between community party building and community construction, and by improving the scientific level of community party building, It is beneficial to enhance the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the community party organizations, to develop the control power of the community grass-roots administrative organizations, and to improve the level of autonomy of the grassroots people.
