【摘要】：黨內(nèi)政治生活的核心要義是講政治,而"政治"在不同的歷史階段總有其特有的時代意蘊。黨的十八屆六中全會提出增強黨內(nèi)政治生活時代性的課題,是基于黨在新形勢下面臨的新任務、遇到的新矛盾和出現(xiàn)的新情況。增強黨內(nèi)政治生活的時代性,需要黨對理想信念、政治紀律和執(zhí)政倫理賦予時代的內(nèi)涵和實踐的新要求;在實踐路徑上,黨內(nèi)教育要有"內(nèi)化于心"的實際成效,黨內(nèi)批評要成為黨員自我提高的修身熔爐,黨內(nèi)問責要配置"利益激勵"的關(guān)懷機制,黨內(nèi)規(guī)矩要實現(xiàn)"政治文化"的轉(zhuǎn)化,黨內(nèi)責任要開創(chuàng)"全黨動手"的局面。
[Abstract]:The core of inner-party political life is to stress politics, and politics always has its own meaning in different historical stages. The sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the task of strengthening the times of the party's political life, which is based on the new task, the new contradiction and the new situation that the Party is facing under the new situation. To strengthen the epoch of inner-party political life, it is necessary for the Party to give the connotation of the times and the new requirements of practice to the ideal and belief, political discipline and ruling ethics, and in the practical path, the inner-party education should have the practical effect of "internalizing in the mind". The inner-party criticism should become the melting pot of self-improvement, the inner-party accountability should be equipped with the care mechanism of "interest incentive", the inner-party rules should realize the transformation of "political culture", and the inner-party responsibility should create the situation of "the whole party doing the work".
