【摘要】：為迎接寧夏回族自治區(qū)第十二次黨代會的召開,回顧和研究了改革開放新時期寧夏歷次黨代會主題。寧夏歷次黨代會的主題既一脈相承又與時俱進,從黨的重大會議方面生動展現(xiàn)了黨領導寧夏改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設、黨的建設的波瀾壯闊的歷史進程,凝聚著寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗,有著重要啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to welcome the convening of the 12th Party Congress of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, the theme of the Party Congress in Ningxia in the new period of reform and opening up was reviewed and studied. The themes of the past party congresses in Ningxia have followed the same line and kept pace with the times, vividly demonstrating the magnificent historical process of the party's leadership in Ningxia's reform, opening up, socialist modernization, and party building in terms of the major meetings of the party. Condensed valuable historical experience, have important enlightenment.
