【摘要】：正1935年,中共中央跟隨中央紅軍到達(dá)陜北吳起鎮(zhèn),在延安尋找到了"家",在陜北開辟了一個新的時(shí)代。延安時(shí)期是我們黨對外傳播工作走向成熟、取得成就的一個重要時(shí)期,黨在對外傳播工作機(jī)制方面日益完善,取得了古今中外鮮有的成效,成為中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利的重要武器。一直以來,我們黨都很重視對外宣傳工作。"我黨的對外宣傳事業(yè),源于1931年1月7日‘紅中社’(新華社前身)向國外播發(fā)的一篇英文稿件——《中華蘇維埃共和國臨時(shí)中央政府的對外宣言》。"(1)從"紅中社"的第一篇英文稿件到新華社正式對外播報(bào)英文新聞,我們黨注重利用各種有效途徑和靈活策略,
