【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨與科學(xué)始終有著密切的聯(lián)系,在黨成立初期,科學(xué)推動了中國的思想解放。爾后隨著馬克思主義中國化的不斷深入,黨對科學(xué)的認識也在不斷提升,并把馬克思主義科學(xué)觀與中國實際相結(jié)合,推動了中國革命的勝利。當新中國成立之后,由于黨和人民對國家建設(shè)的期待,黨和人民把科學(xué)應(yīng)用到新中國的建設(shè)。而近三十多年以來,即改革開放之后,黨重新確立了馬克思主義關(guān)于"科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力"的思想,并在國家經(jīng)濟建設(shè)以及發(fā)展社會生產(chǎn)力和變革生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的過程中,重視人才和知識、提出科教興國戰(zhàn)略、倡導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè),不斷地把握科學(xué)規(guī)律和提升對科學(xué)本質(zhì)的認識,開創(chuàng)和形成了具有中國特色的科學(xué)技術(shù)事業(yè)。本研究立足于中國共產(chǎn)黨科學(xué)觀的演進歷程,對黨在不同時期的科學(xué)觀進行深入的分析,即中國共產(chǎn)黨創(chuàng)建初期的科學(xué)探索與爭鳴、新民主主義革命實踐中的不斷發(fā)展、建國之后的探索實踐、改革開放之后對科學(xué)觀的反思與重塑、科學(xué)觀在社會全面發(fā)展中走向理性。同時探討了中國共產(chǎn)黨科學(xué)觀演進歷程所具有的特征,即中國共產(chǎn)黨科學(xué)觀的演進歷程蘊含著對哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的倚重、中國共產(chǎn)黨科學(xué)觀演變始終圍繞其中心任務(wù)展開、中國共產(chǎn)黨科學(xué)觀在價值理性和工具理性的探索中走向成熟。黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記對我國科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新作出了一系列的重要論述,把科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新擺在國家發(fā)展全局的核心位置。習(xí)近平總書記特別重視科學(xué)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,因科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是推動全面創(chuàng)新的根本動力。且習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于科學(xué)技術(shù)的一系列論述,是對黨科學(xué)觀的繼承與發(fā)展,是當前黨科學(xué)事業(yè)發(fā)展的新共識。在此契機之下,本研究在梳理黨的科學(xué)觀演進歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了黨科學(xué)觀演進歷程帶來的現(xiàn)實啟示,即注重科學(xué)精神的建立與崇尚科學(xué)、注重科學(xué)發(fā)展與人的發(fā)展的融合、注重科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與綠色發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)、注重科學(xué)提升與機制革新的同步,期盼黨"建設(shè)世界科技強國而奮斗"目標得以實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always been closely related to science. In the early days of its founding, science promoted the ideological emancipation of China. Later, with the deepening of Marxism in China, the Party's understanding of science has been constantly improved, and the Marxist view of science has been combined with the reality of China, which has promoted the victory of the Chinese revolution. After the founding of New China, the Party and people applied science to the construction of New China because of the expectations of the Party and people for the construction of the country. In the past 30 years, that is, after the reform and opening up, the Party has re-established the Marxist thought that "science and technology is the first productive force," and in the process of national economic construction, the development of social productive forces and the transformation of production relations, Attach importance to talents and knowledge, put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, advocate the construction of an innovative country, constantly grasp the laws of science and promote the understanding of the essence of science, and create and form a science and technology cause with Chinese characteristics. This study is based on the evolution of the CPC's view of science, and makes an in-depth analysis of the CPC's view of science in different periods, that is, the scientific exploration and contention in the early stage of the founding of the CPC and the continuous development of the practice of the New Democratic Revolution. The exploration practice after the founding of the people's Republic of China, the reflection and remolding of the view of science after the reform and opening up, the view of science moving towards rationality in the overall development of society. At the same time, it discusses the characteristics of the evolution process of the CPC's view of science, that is, the evolution of the CPC's view of science contains the reliance on philosophy and social science, and the evolution of the CPC's view of science always revolves around its central task. The CPC's view of science has matured in the exploration of value rationality and instrumental rationality. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on China's scientific and technological innovation, and put it at the core of the overall situation of national development. General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation, because scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental driving force to promote overall innovation. A series of expositions on science and technology made by General Secretary Xi Jinping are the inheritance and development of the Party's view of science and technology, and are the new consensus of the development of the Party's scientific cause. On the basis of combing the evolution course of the Party's view of science, this study expounds the realistic enlightenment brought by the evolution of the party's view of science, that is, paying attention to the establishment of scientific spirit and advocating science, and paying attention to the integration of scientific development and human development. Pay attention to the coordination of scientific innovation and green development, pay attention to the synchronization of scientific promotion and mechanism innovation, and hope that the Party's goal of "striving to build a powerful country in science and technology in the world" can be realized.
