【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,中國特色社會主義的發(fā)展進入一個嶄新的時期,全面從嚴治黨在黨的建設(shè)與時俱進的實踐中顯示了重要的戰(zhàn)略價值。全面從嚴治黨是黨面臨嚴峻考驗與完成黨的歷史使命的必然選擇,是基于對世情、國情、黨情的深刻分析。以習近平同志為核心的黨中央,始終圍繞著"黨要管黨、從嚴治黨"這一偉大而深刻的主題,做出了—系列重要的決策部署。在確立推進全面建成小康社會、全面深化改革、全面依法治國的戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)上,提出全面從嚴治黨的戰(zhàn)略決策,形成系統(tǒng)的"四個全面"的重大戰(zhàn)略布局。全面從嚴治黨突出"全面"與"從嚴"兩手抓,對于堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義,實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢,實現(xiàn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化有著重要的意義。本文主要由緒論和正文兩部分組成。緒論部分簡要闡述了論文研究的目的與意義、國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法與技術(shù)路線、論文的創(chuàng)新點,正文由四部分組成。第一章,全面從嚴治黨思想的理論淵源,主要對馬克思恩格斯政黨建設(shè)理論、列寧的政黨建設(shè)理論、中國共產(chǎn)黨在長期的革命、建設(shè)、改革的實踐中探索形成的黨建理論進行系統(tǒng)的梳理,力證全面從嚴治黨思想的理論根基,是為全面從嚴治黨的形成奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。第二章,全面從嚴治黨思想提出的時代背景及其理論內(nèi)涵,這一部分主要是闡述當前全面從嚴治黨思想的現(xiàn)實依據(jù),從世情、國情、黨情出發(fā),分析全面從嚴治黨的迫切性,把握全面從嚴治黨思想的深刻內(nèi)涵,強調(diào)新時期全面從嚴治黨思想的新特點和新要求。只有通過全面從嚴治黨,才能更好的解決黨的建設(shè)面臨的突出問題,確保各項事業(yè)的成功。第三章,推進全面從嚴治黨的實踐要求,針對當前黨的建設(shè)面臨的突出問題,在全面從嚴治黨的背景下,論證黨的建設(shè)可實行的實踐要求。具體包括:緊握思想建黨的方向、制度治黨的具體決策、組織建設(shè)的總體布局、作風建設(shè)的重要性、反腐倡廉建設(shè)的必要性。第四章,全面從嚴治黨思想的重大意義,分析十八大以來全面從嚴治黨的理論意義和實踐意義,突出以習近平為核心的黨中央在新時期提出全面從嚴治黨思想的時代價值。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new period, and the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party has shown an important strategic value in the practice of keeping pace with the times in the party building.It is an inevitable choice for the Party to administer the Party strictly and to fulfill its historical mission. It is based on a profound analysis of the world situation, the national conditions and the Party's feelings.The CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has always made a series of important decision-making arrangements around the great and profound theme of "the Party should govern the Party and strictly administer the Party."On the basis of establishing the strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening the reform in an all-round way and governing the country according to law in an all-round way, the paper puts forward the strategic decision of administering the Party in an all-round and strict manner, and forms a systematic "four all-round" strategic layout.It is of great significance for Chinese Dream, who runs the Party in an all-round and strict manner, to stick to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and to realize the modernization of national governance.This paper is mainly composed of two parts: introduction and text.In the introduction part, the purpose and significance of the research, the present research situation at home and abroad, the research method and technical route, the innovation of the paper, and the text are composed of four parts.The first chapter, the theoretical origin of the thought of ruling the party in a comprehensive and strict manner, mainly deals with Marx and Engels' theory of political party construction, Lenin's theory of political party construction, and the long-term revolution and construction of the Communist Party of China.In the practice of reform, the theory of party building is systematically combed, and the theoretical foundation of the thought of ruling the party comprehensively and strictly is laid a good foundation for the formation of comprehensive and strict administration of the party.In the second chapter, the background and theoretical connotation of the thought of ruling the Party comprehensively and strictly is introduced. This part mainly expounds the realistic basis of the thought of managing the party comprehensively and strictly, and analyzes the urgency of managing the party comprehensively and strictly from the point of view of the world, the national conditions and the party's feelings.To grasp the profound connotation of the thought of ruling the Party comprehensively and strictly, and to emphasize the new characteristics and requirements of the thought of managing the party comprehensively and strictly in the new period.Only by administering the Party comprehensively and strictly, can we solve the outstanding problems faced by the Party building and ensure the success of all undertakings.The third chapter is to promote the practical requirements of comprehensive and strict administration of the party. In view of the outstanding problems facing the party construction at present, under the background of the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, the author demonstrates the practical requirements that can be carried out in the construction of the party.It includes: grasping the direction of ideological party building, the specific decision-making of managing the party by system, the overall layout of organization construction, the importance of style construction, and the necessity of fighting corruption and advocating clean government.The fourth chapter analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and highlights the value of the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core in the new period.
