【摘要】：正廣西壯族自治區(qū)發(fā)改委原副主任廖小波,曾經(jīng)有著一份光鮮的履歷:先后在交通部、廣西壯族自治區(qū)交通廳等重要部門任職,同時(shí)兼任研究所和大學(xué)的客座研究員、教授,頭頂學(xué)者型官員的光環(huán)。但這一切,伴隨著檢察機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)他的立案?jìng)刹?戛然而止。究其原因,正是"任性"惹的禍,"攬權(quán)、爭(zhēng)權(quán)、弄權(quán)"讓他的人生最終觸礁、翻船。總想干點(diǎn)"自己的事"、"能興奮起來的事"作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,理應(yīng)正確看待個(gè)人得失,不為私心所擾,不為名利所累。然而,實(shí)際工作中往往有一些領(lǐng)
