【摘要】：正進(jìn)取心是一種不滿足于現(xiàn)狀、奮力執(zhí)著前行的積極狀態(tài),內(nèi)含昂揚(yáng)向上、發(fā)憤圖強(qiáng)、不斷自我揚(yáng)棄、勇于迎接挑戰(zhàn)的精神追求。正確的進(jìn)取心,體現(xiàn)出一種辯證的思想意識、雄健的精神氣質(zhì)和蓬勃奮發(fā)的人生境界,是一個國家、民族走向繁榮與強(qiáng)盛的精神心理基礎(chǔ),是一個地區(qū)加快發(fā)展的不竭動力,也為一個干部的成長進(jìn)步打開了廣闊空間。"天行健,君子以自強(qiáng)不息"。進(jìn)取,首要的是自強(qiáng)不息,積極地進(jìn),大踏步地向前走,緊跟時代步伐,傾聽時代聲音,在時代的大潮中劈波斬浪、勇往直前。當(dāng)今中國史詩般的巨大進(jìn)步,既靠著遵循歷史規(guī)律的正確道路、符合基本國
