【摘要】：執(zhí)政倫理是執(zhí)政黨權(quán)力運(yùn)作的內(nèi)在軟規(guī)則,反映了執(zhí)政黨的道德傾向,執(zhí)政倫理導(dǎo)引著執(zhí)政黨的執(zhí)政行為。民族問題是國(guó)家的重要問題,民族問題的解決關(guān)系著國(guó)家的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展,執(zhí)政黨行使國(guó)家權(quán)力的過程中必須重視民族價(jià)值訴求,因此在其執(zhí)政倫理建設(shè)中也必須對(duì)民族價(jià)值訴求進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化才能使民族問題得到更多的關(guān)注。執(zhí)政倫理主要包括執(zhí)政主體、執(zhí)政制度、執(zhí)政理念三個(gè)層面,黨執(zhí)政倫理對(duì)民族價(jià)值訴求的強(qiáng)化就從以上三個(gè)層面來進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:The Ruling Ethics is the intrinsic rules of soft power operation of the ruling party, the ruling party reflects the moral orientation of Ruling Ethics guiding the ruling party's ruling behavior. The national problem is an important problem of the country, to solve the ethnic problems related to the stability and development of the country, must pay attention to the national value appeal ruling party in the exercise of state power therefore, in the ruling ethics construction must also be on the national value enhancement can cause the national problems get more attention. The ruling ethics mainly includes the main power, the ruling system, three aspects of the ruling idea of the ruling party to strengthen ethical demands of the national values from the above three aspects.
