【摘要】：正微權(quán)力是指權(quán)力系統(tǒng)中處于末梢位置,卻發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用的小權(quán)力。微權(quán)力雖然不像主權(quán)力那樣直接決定組織的發(fā)展方向,卻以潛移默化的方式,用時間的流逝和量的積累,時刻影響著權(quán)力系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的生態(tài)與對外形象。微權(quán)力的實(shí)際運(yùn)行并不是純粹的、良性的自發(fā)狀態(tài),而是多種因素交互作用的結(jié)果。微權(quán)力作為權(quán)力系統(tǒng)的神經(jīng)末梢和毛細(xì)血管,一旦失靈,必然會對整個權(quán)力系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生不可忽視的傷害。因此,加強(qiáng)對微權(quán)力失靈現(xiàn)象的研究,無疑具有理論與實(shí)踐的雙重意義。
[Abstract]:Positive micro-power refers to the small power in the power system which is in the terminal position but plays a key role. Although the micro-power does not directly determine the development direction of the organization as the main power does, it uses the passage of time and the accumulation of quantity in a subtle way. The actual operation of micro power is not pure, benign spontaneous state, but the result of interaction of many factors. Micro power as the nerve endings and capillaries of power system, Once it fails, it will inevitably injure the whole power system. Therefore, it is doubtless of both theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study on the phenomenon of micro-power failure.
