【摘要】：提升黨內(nèi)政治生活質(zhì)量需要建立六大綜合機制予以保障。即構(gòu)建以"兩學(xué)一做"為載體,以"四個合格"為目標的學(xué)習(xí)教育長效機制堅定理想信念;設(shè)計針對性強、高度可操作性的負面言行提醒機制維護黨的形象;完善以黨員民主權(quán)利為基礎(chǔ),以黨的代表大會制度和委員會制度為重點,以黨的體制機制創(chuàng)新為保障的民主集中制執(zhí)行機制發(fā)揚黨內(nèi)民主;落實以"三化要求"為標準,以"五字方針"為措施的組織生活規(guī)范機制提高組織生活質(zhì)量;創(chuàng)新"看得出、站得出、豁得出"的黨員作用發(fā)揮機制激發(fā)黨員生機活力;用活從增強"四性目標"入手,以落實"四主責(zé)任"為要的責(zé)任監(jiān)督考評機制提升黨建工作水平。
[Abstract]:To improve the quality of political life within the party needs to establish six comprehensive mechanism. That is to construct "two a" as the carrier, the long-term mechanism of education of ideals and beliefs with the "four pass" as the goal; the design of targeted, highly maneuverable and negative reminder mechanism to maintain the party's image to improve; based on the democratic rights of Party members, the party's Congress system and the committee system as the key to innovative institutional mechanisms for the protection of the party's democratic centralism execution mechanism to promote inner-Party democracy; to implement the "three requirements", "five character principle" as the measure of organizational life specification mechanism to improve the organization's quality of life; innovation "see, the station, the role of Party members excluded draw" play mechanism to stimulate the vitality of Party members; enhance the "four goals" from the start to live, in order to implement the four main responsibility "to the responsibility of supervision and evaluation mechanism and improve the party building work Make a level.
