【摘要】：正一、運(yùn)動(dòng)式反腐難以撼動(dòng)腐敗發(fā)生的制度性基礎(chǔ)(一)對(duì)當(dāng)前反腐敗形勢(shì)的基本判斷判斷一:大規(guī)模運(yùn)動(dòng)式反腐,遏制了腐敗蔓延的勢(shì)頭,但并沒(méi)有真正動(dòng)搖腐敗產(chǎn)生的根基。十八大后中央開(kāi)啟反腐運(yùn)動(dòng),是從反"四風(fēng)"轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng)切入的,隨后就不斷查處腐敗案件,展開(kāi)了一場(chǎng)大規(guī)模的反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)。到現(xiàn)在,落馬的高官有周永康、薄熙來(lái)、郭伯雄、徐才厚、令計(jì)劃、蘇榮等,被查處的黨員干部超過(guò)一百多萬(wàn)人,反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)取得了前所未有的成果。
[Abstract]:First, it is difficult to shake up the institutional basis of corruption. (1) the basic judgment of the current anti-corruption situation. First, the large-scale campaign against corruption has contained the momentum of corruption spreading. But it did not really shake the foundation on which corruption came into being. After the 18th National Congress, the Central Committee began the anti-corruption campaign by turning from the "four winds" to the style of work. Subsequently, it continued to investigate and deal with corruption cases and launched a large-scale anti-corruption struggle. Up to now, Among the top officials who have fallen are Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, Ling Pian, Xu Caihou, etc. The party members and cadres who were investigated and dealt with have more than a million party members and cadres. The anti-corruption struggle has achieved unprecedented results.
