【摘要】：如何把中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度體現(xiàn)的維護(hù)人民根本利益和集中高效的優(yōu)勢(shì)保留好、堅(jiān)持好,同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變執(zhí)政方式、提高治理能力,是我們面臨的一個(gè)重大課題。要轉(zhuǎn)變執(zhí)政理念,更加重視戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施從它組織向自組織的轉(zhuǎn)變;充分認(rèn)識(shí)到自上而下、權(quán)力高度集中的體制,已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)深刻變革的要求;學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外的成功做法,加快推進(jìn)治理現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:How to preserve the advantages of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people and concentrating and efficiently embodied in the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and adhere to it well, and at the same time changing the way of governance and improving our ability of governance, is a major task we are facing. We must change the concept of governance. We should pay more attention to the transformation of strategic implementation from its organization to self-organization; fully realize that the top-down system with a high concentration of power can no longer meet the requirements of profound changes in society; study the successful practices of foreign countries and speed up the modernization of governance.
