【摘要】：隨著時代的發(fā)展,教育的普遍化為在職研究生教育帶來了新契機。許多優(yōu)秀的在職人員,為了實現(xiàn)自我價值,不斷地追求研究生教育,但是他們要兼顧家庭和事業(yè),接納全日制的學習存在較大的困難。但是,在職研究生教育的培養(yǎng)方式,更好地適應了在職人員多樣性的需求。黨校工作是黨的事業(yè)的主要構成部分,黨校是黨教育培訓黨員和黨員干部,大幅度提高干部素質、黨性修養(yǎng)的主途徑。本文以黨校在職研究生培養(yǎng)狀況為研究對象,通過問卷法收集不同專業(yè)、不同年級310份問卷,根據(jù)實際調查統(tǒng)計結果,探討目前西藏黨校在職研究生對任課教師上課方式的看法及感受、學習任務完成情況、對學習黨的理論知識的感受、對學習考試的看法、對課程設置的看法以及學術科研能力不足的原因等方面進行探討分析并提出存在的問題,最后從課程體系、科研水平、師資人才建設、教學方式、畢業(yè)論文和現(xiàn)代學習平臺等方面提出對策及建議。在新形勢下做好黨校在職研究生教育勢在必行。黨校在職研究生培養(yǎng)狀況的好壞,直接影響黨校教育教學質量。隨著在職研究生教育規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展,進一步提高培養(yǎng)質量是當前的重要任務。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the popularization of education into on-the-job graduate education has brought a new opportunity. Many outstanding on-the-job personnel, in order to realize their self-worth, constantly pursue graduate education, but they have to balance their family and career. There are great difficulties in accepting full-time study. However, the training mode of on-the-job graduate education is better suited to the diversity of the on-the-job personnel. Party school work is the main component of the party's cause. The Party school is the main way for the Party to educate and train party members and cadres, to improve the quality of cadres and the cultivation of party spirit. In this paper, 310 questionnaires of different specialties and grades are collected by means of questionnaire, taking the cultivation of on-the-job postgraduates in the Party school as the research object. Based on the results of the actual investigation and statistics, this paper discusses the views and feelings of the current postgraduates of the Tibet Party School on the teaching methods of the teachers, the completion of the study tasks, the feelings of learning the Party's theoretical knowledge, and the views on the study tests. The views of curriculum setup and the reasons for the insufficiency of academic and scientific research ability are discussed and analyzed, and the existing problems are put forward. Finally, the course system, the level of scientific research, the construction of teachers and talents, the teaching method, etc. In the new situation, it is imperative to do a good job of on-the-job graduate education in the Party school. With the continuous development of the scale of on-the-job graduate education, it is an important task to further improve the quality of cultivation.
