【摘要】：受主客觀因素的影響,當(dāng)前我國高校教職工黨員的育人功能未能得以充分實(shí)現(xiàn),削弱了高校人才培養(yǎng)尤其是學(xué)生黨員培養(yǎng)的應(yīng)有成效。高校應(yīng)通過加強(qiáng)教職工黨員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以提升其自身素質(zhì),創(chuàng)新工作理念和機(jī)制以為其育人功能發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境和條件,創(chuàng)設(shè)品牌活動以完善其育人功能發(fā)揮的基礎(chǔ)和細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì),做好育人功能發(fā)揮實(shí)效的評估以實(shí)現(xiàn)工作機(jī)制的動態(tài)優(yōu)化調(diào)整,從而有效促進(jìn)學(xué)生黨建工作中教職工黨員育人功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of subjective and objective factors, the function of educating party members in colleges and universities in China has not been fully realized. It weakens the due effect of talent training, especially the cultivation of student Party members in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should improve their own quality by strengthening the construction of the contingent of party members of the teaching staff, and create a good environment and conditions for their educational functions by innovating their working concepts and mechanisms. Creating brand activities to perfect the foundation and detailed design of its educational function, and making a good evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational function in order to realize the dynamic optimization and adjustment of the working mechanism. Thus effectively promote the realization of the educational function of the teaching staff members in the work of student party building.
