【摘要】：培養(yǎng)新世紀創(chuàng)新型人才的任務(wù)需要由高校來承擔,而黨的科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和基層黨組織建設(shè)是完成該任務(wù)的有力保障。高校在黨建工作中,應(yīng)以十八大精神為指導(dǎo),注重遵循規(guī)律,把高校黨組織建設(shè)成為學(xué)習(xí)型、服務(wù)型以及創(chuàng)新型黨組織。建設(shè)接地氣、有擔當?shù)母咝｜h組織,學(xué)習(xí)是基礎(chǔ),服務(wù)是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),創(chuàng)新是動力源泉。
[Abstract]:The task of cultivating innovative talents in the new century needs to be undertaken by colleges and universities, and the scientific leadership of the Party and the construction of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level are the powerful guarantees for accomplishing this task. In the work of party building, colleges and universities should take the spirit of 18 as the guide and pay attention to following the law. The Party organization in colleges and universities should be built into learning-type, service-oriented and innovation-oriented party organizations. To build a party organization which is easy to approach and responsible, learning is the foundation, service is the key link, and innovation is the source of power.
