【摘要】：增強鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)干部教育培訓(xùn)統(tǒng)籌性、針對性、實效性需要做到:戰(zhàn)略布局要完備,計劃生成要合理,內(nèi)容開發(fā)要系統(tǒng),參訓(xùn)機制要科學(xué),動力激發(fā)要有力,成果轉(zhuǎn)化要有效,資源整合要優(yōu)化,基礎(chǔ)保障要堅強,師資水平要提升,學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)要嚴格。
