【摘要】：本文采用定性與定量研究方法,面向全國(guó)團(tuán)校進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。針對(duì)團(tuán)校培訓(xùn)的政策環(huán)境、規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、資源保障、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展等問題提出對(duì)策建議。研究表明,團(tuán)校改革不僅需要從制度上改善團(tuán)校生存發(fā)展環(huán)境,建立規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化團(tuán)干部教育培訓(xùn)體系,同時(shí)也要加強(qiáng)資源整合能力,提升機(jī)遇意識(shí)。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+培訓(xùn)時(shí)代,盡快推動(dòng)技術(shù)發(fā)展,打通培訓(xùn)工作線上線下一體化是推動(dòng)未來(lái)團(tuán)校培訓(xùn)模式創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路。
[Abstract]:Based on the qualitative and quantitative research methods , the present situation investigation is carried out in the whole country . The research shows that the reform of the group should not only improve the survival and development environment of the group , establish the standardized and standardized cadre education training system , but also strengthen the resources integration ability and promote the opportunity consciousness . At the same time , the technology development should be promoted as soon as possible in the Internet + training era .
