【摘要】：【目的】使用excel宏程序從定版后的方正fbd小樣文件提取多刊數(shù)據(jù)�！痉椒ā渴褂肐nput Box語句由用戶輸入刊物代號、年份、期次,確定并打開fbd文件為excel文件,數(shù)據(jù)基本都在第一列單元格中,用Ctrl Find語句定位數(shù)據(jù),用循環(huán)語句和判斷語句采集一個或多個單元格數(shù)據(jù),最后是對數(shù)據(jù)的處理和寫入�！窘Y(jié)果】程序可有效用于提取《河北科技大學(xué)學(xué)報》、《河北工業(yè)科技》兩個刊物的中英文題目、作者、單位、摘要、關(guān)鍵詞,以及doi、收稿日期、e-mail、參考文獻(xiàn)等數(shù)據(jù),程序運(yùn)行過程中只需使用者輸入刊物代號、年和期�！窘Y(jié)論】單獨(dú)使用excel宏程序即可實(shí)現(xiàn)所有數(shù)據(jù)的提取,相對簡單易行�！揪窒蕖看朔N編程容錯能力較差,要求期刊格式固定不變。
[Abstract]:[objective] to use excel macro program to extract multi-publication data from the sample file of Fangzheng fbd after publication. [methods] the Input Box statement is used to input the publication code, year and session by the user, and the fbd file is determined and opened as a excel file. The data is basically in the first column of cells, using Ctrl Find statements to locate the data, using circular statements and judgment statements to collect one or more cell data. Finally, the data processing and writing. [results] the program can be effectively used to extract the Chinese and English titles, authors, units, abstracts, keywords, and doi, of the Journal of Hebei University of Science and Technology and Hebei Industrial Science and Technology. The date of receipt, e / mail, references and other data, the user only needs to enter the publication code, year and period in the process of running the program. [conclusion] all the data can be extracted by using the excel macro program alone. It is relatively simple and easy. [limitation] this kind of programming fault-tolerant ability is poor, which requires the periodical format to be fixed.
