【摘要】：少數(shù)民族文字出版是我國出版業(yè)的重要組成部分,盡管從讀者體量的維度來看無法與主流文字相提并論,但從區(qū)域輻射面及文化影響力維度來看無疑是國家文化建設(shè)和傳播不可或缺的有生力量。技術(shù)變革給傳統(tǒng)出版帶來的挑戰(zhàn)在民族出版領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)得更為嚴(yán)峻,發(fā)展少數(shù)民族文字?jǐn)?shù)字出版面臨更多的技術(shù)瓶頸,現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。國家數(shù)字復(fù)合出版工程把支撐少數(shù)民族文字納入總體框架,是新媒體時(shí)期國家發(fā)展民族出版事業(yè)的有力舉措,民族文字出版機(jī)構(gòu)有望借此逐步完成基礎(chǔ)數(shù)字平臺(tái)的建設(shè),真正開啟少數(shù)民族文字?jǐn)?shù)字出版的征程。本工程選擇從公共技術(shù)支撐與出版資源管理系統(tǒng)兩方面進(jìn)行技術(shù)攻關(guān)有其現(xiàn)實(shí)考量及特殊意義,而要系統(tǒng)建立少數(shù)民族文字?jǐn)?shù)字出版的生態(tài)圈,需要工程在更廣層面的支撐。
[Abstract]:The publishing of minority languages is an important part of the publishing industry in China, although it cannot be compared with the mainstream characters in terms of readership. But from the aspect of regional radiation and cultural influence, it is an indispensable force in the construction and dissemination of national culture. The challenge brought by the technological change to traditional publishing is more severe in the field of national publishing, and the development of digital publishing of minority languages faces more technical bottlenecks, so the present situation is not optimistic. The National Digital compound Publishing Project, which supports the integration of minority characters into the overall framework, is a powerful measure for the state to develop the national publishing cause during the new media period. It is hoped that the national publishing institutions will gradually complete the construction of the basic digital platform. To truly open the national minority language digital publishing journey. This project has its practical consideration and special significance to choose two aspects of public technical support and publishing resource management system to deal with the key problems. However, to establish the ecological circle of minority text and digital publishing systematically, it is necessary to support the project on a broader level.
