【摘要】：在人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,出版技術(shù)扮演了至關(guān)重要的角色,被譽(yù)為人類"文明之母",人類社會(huì)的每一次文明進(jìn)化都與出版技術(shù)密不可分,出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展是人類文明進(jìn)化歷史的真實(shí)縮影。20世紀(jì)80年代中期以來(lái),世界范圍內(nèi)的科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等各領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了重大而深刻的變革,電子及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展。在這一背景下,中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速崛起,期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)蓬勃發(fā)展。目前,從科技史角度對(duì)中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的全面、深入的研究幾乎為空白。站在多學(xué)科視角對(duì)中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)變遷進(jìn)行深入研究,梳理中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),探索其發(fā)展規(guī)律,對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展、深化中國(guó)出版史研究、完善出版史學(xué)科體系及提升我國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力、推動(dòng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)期、快速、可持續(xù)發(fā)展都具有極為重要的理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�？v觀中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程,以電子計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的引入與發(fā)展、IPV6核心網(wǎng)及3G移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在期刊數(shù)字出版領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用等重大技術(shù)突破為線索,根據(jù)不同時(shí)期的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化及社會(huì)背景,將中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的變遷過(guò)程劃分為"期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的奠基"、"期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)體系的初步形成"、"期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展"三個(gè)階段。黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)以后,我國(guó)實(shí)行了對(duì)內(nèi)改革、對(duì)外開(kāi)放的政策,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)生了重大變革。改革開(kāi)放不僅帶來(lái)了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛和繁榮,也帶來(lái)了包括科技、文化、社會(huì)等在內(nèi)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的蓬勃發(fā)展,中國(guó)呈現(xiàn)出煥然一新的面貌。在這一時(shí)代變革的背景下,人們對(duì)文化的需求日益增長(zhǎng),出版業(yè)作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,迎來(lái)了巨大的發(fā)展契機(jī)。在這一時(shí)期,電子計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)開(kāi)始在我國(guó)出版領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用,我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一系列出版技術(shù)的突破。第一,實(shí)現(xiàn)了漢字進(jìn)入計(jì)算機(jī)的重大突破,漢字實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化;第二,激光照排技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了中國(guó)印刷技術(shù)的第二次革命,使中國(guó)印刷業(yè)進(jìn)入告別"鉛與火"、迎來(lái)"光與電"的嶄新時(shí)期;第三,磁、光等信息存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)信息存儲(chǔ)方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息存儲(chǔ)的數(shù)字化。這些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的突破奠定了我國(guó)出版領(lǐng)域數(shù)字化的基礎(chǔ),電子出版技術(shù)開(kāi)始出現(xiàn),中國(guó)出版業(yè)迎來(lái)了巨大變革。我國(guó)在對(duì)國(guó)外各類磁帶數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、光盤數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)引進(jìn)的基礎(chǔ)上,研發(fā)了《中國(guó)高等院校學(xué)報(bào)論文文摘(英文磁帶版)》(CUJA)和《中文科技期刊篇名數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)》(光盤版);出現(xiàn)了以軟盤形式出版的電子期刊;方正書(shū)版、科印微機(jī)排版系統(tǒng)、華光普及型(BD)排版系統(tǒng)、4S高級(jí)科技文獻(xiàn)書(shū)刊編排系統(tǒng)、"WP"軟件等計(jì)算機(jī)排版軟件得到了初步應(yīng)用,我國(guó)出現(xiàn)了期刊的數(shù)字化萌芽。1994年4月20日,一條帶寬只有64K的國(guó)際專線接入中國(guó),開(kāi)通了Internet的全功能服務(wù),中國(guó)正式接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)開(kāi)始在中國(guó)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)崛起、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化及一體化背景下,我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)逐步興起�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在我國(guó)的出現(xiàn)及其在期刊出版領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用賦于了傳統(tǒng)期刊出版方式和運(yùn)營(yíng)模式以新的活力和內(nèi)涵,同時(shí)也給期刊出版工作帶來(lái)了深刻的影響和變革。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)在期刊出版領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,推動(dòng)了期刊采編技術(shù)、制版及印刷技術(shù)、發(fā)行及閱讀技術(shù)的數(shù)字化變革,期刊出版逐步向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、一體化方向發(fā)展,我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)體系初步形成。"文化產(chǎn)業(yè)大發(fā)展、大繁榮"與"經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變"等一系列政策的實(shí)施,推動(dòng)了我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的又一次重大變革。IPV6核心網(wǎng)的建立及移動(dòng)3G通信技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)了我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。在期刊稿件采編技術(shù)發(fā)展方面,期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)采編系統(tǒng)被廣泛采用,一批期刊群采編平臺(tái)得到了建設(shè)與發(fā)展,參考文獻(xiàn)輔助編校系統(tǒng)及學(xué)術(shù)不端檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)在期刊出版過(guò)程中得到了普遍應(yīng)用。在期刊的數(shù)字發(fā)行與閱讀發(fā)面,一些OA期刊在線發(fā)布平臺(tái)得以建立,期刊發(fā)行實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)放閱讀、自由傳播和資源共享;3G移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展使被稱為"第五媒體"的手機(jī)開(kāi)始從單純的通訊工具轉(zhuǎn)向移動(dòng)媒體終端,三網(wǎng)融合、三屏功能合一技術(shù)進(jìn)一步深入,數(shù)字期刊的移動(dòng)終端閱讀技術(shù)得到快速發(fā)展;采用P2P技術(shù)并集合了Flash動(dòng)畫、tvc視頻、音頻、web控件、3D技術(shù)和超級(jí)鏈接等多媒體技術(shù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體互動(dòng)雜志在這一時(shí)期大量涌現(xiàn);移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及手機(jī)網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的增長(zhǎng)催生了手機(jī)閱讀市場(chǎng)的壯大,VIVA無(wú)線新媒體手機(jī)雜志等一書(shū)手機(jī)期刊出版平臺(tái)迅速發(fā)展。同時(shí),數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了專業(yè)期刊平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的變遷。我國(guó)一些數(shù)字期刊出版平臺(tái)先后采用了獨(dú)家授權(quán)數(shù)字出版模式;專業(yè)期刊平臺(tái)呈現(xiàn)出市場(chǎng)分工逐步細(xì)化的態(tài)勢(shì);云計(jì)算技術(shù)的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)了期刊數(shù)字出版的全流程管理,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)期刊出版技術(shù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的方向。縱觀中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展史,其變遷過(guò)程呈現(xiàn)出迅速性、漸進(jìn)性及集成性的特征;計(jì)算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、工業(yè)社會(huì)向信息社會(huì)的跨越、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的崛起與繁榮、數(shù)字出版教育及研究等因素推動(dòng)了中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展;中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的變遷促進(jìn)了期刊出版的跨媒體融合、增強(qiáng)了人們獲取期刊信息的能力、加快了中文期刊走向世界的步伐、推動(dòng)了期刊數(shù)字出版及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮,并對(duì)傳統(tǒng)期刊出版業(yè)產(chǎn)生了雙重影響。未來(lái),期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)將進(jìn)一步向跨媒體、立體化方向發(fā)展;其數(shù)字閱讀技術(shù)將進(jìn)入"后終端時(shí)代",內(nèi)容依然為王;"注重用戶體驗(yàn)"將成為期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要方向;期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展對(duì)專業(yè)人才的需求將會(huì)更為迫切;期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的贏利模式將會(huì)逐步清晰。目前,我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展在人才儲(chǔ)備與培養(yǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、版權(quán)保護(hù)及監(jiān)管機(jī)制、集群創(chuàng)新及贏利模式等方面還存在諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,制約著中國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新。要徹底掃除上述發(fā)展的障礙,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的持續(xù)創(chuàng)新,就必須在增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力方面下功夫。要不斷提高期刊數(shù)字出版人才的培養(yǎng)水平,在科學(xué)整合期刊數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈利益分配的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)期刊數(shù)字出版的版權(quán)保護(hù)力度,構(gòu)建有效的監(jiān)管機(jī)制,在更大程度上形成期刊數(shù)字出版的集群創(chuàng)新機(jī)制及有效的贏利模式。只有這樣,才能從根本上促進(jìn)我國(guó)期刊數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,實(shí)現(xiàn)期刊數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
