【摘要】：作為正在崛起的科技大國,中國科技成果外流現(xiàn)象非常嚴(yán)重。期刊作為科技成果的載體,在科技創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展中承擔(dān)著重要責(zé)任。中國科技期刊國際影響力提升計劃是目前國內(nèi)對科技期刊資助力度最大的項目,是國家層面給予科技期刊的支持。本文介紹了該項目的重要意義、實施的情況以及近年來所取得的成效。
[Abstract]:As a rising scientific and technological power, the phenomenon of outflow of Chinese scientific and technological achievements is very serious. As the carrier of scientific and technological achievements, periodicals bear the important responsibility in driving the development of science and technology innovation. The Program for enhancing the International influence of Chinese Sci-tech Journals is the most powerful project in China, and it is also the support for sci-tech journals at the national level. This paper introduces the significance of the project, the implementation of the project and the results achieved in recent years.
