【摘要】:出版業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,造紙術(shù)、印刷術(shù)、激光照排技術(shù)都曾經(jīng)對(duì)出版業(yè)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。如今數(shù)字出版技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),必將給出版業(yè)帶來(lái)又一輪變革。手機(jī)出版以其全新的出版形態(tài),對(duì)出版流程、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)甚至出版觀(guān)念給帶來(lái)巨大的沖擊。雖然手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)仍處于形成和成長(zhǎng)階段,但是手機(jī)出版巨大的市場(chǎng)潛力以及諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)還是被人們普遍視為最具潛力的數(shù)字出版形式。但是,如何盡快完善手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),形成科學(xué)合理的手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈將直接影響著我國(guó)手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。因此,分析梳理目前我國(guó)手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)與問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索更為合理的手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)就成為了本文研究的重要內(nèi)容。 本文首先對(duì)目前已有的關(guān)于手機(jī)出版的研究成果進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),并在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了論文的研究重點(diǎn)和研究方向。接下來(lái)對(duì)我國(guó)手機(jī)出版的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了概述,包括手機(jī)出版概念的界定、主要特點(diǎn)和常見(jiàn)業(yè)態(tài)等,并概括了目前我國(guó)手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三部分主要是為手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈做出以下定義:手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)侵敢允謾C(jī)出版價(jià)值鏈為基礎(chǔ)的,具有連續(xù)追加價(jià)值關(guān)系的手機(jī)出版相關(guān)企業(yè)(如出版社、運(yùn)營(yíng)商、技術(shù)服務(wù)商、手機(jī)生產(chǎn)商)組成的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟。第四部分對(duì)我國(guó)手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)中較為成熟的手機(jī)閱讀、無(wú)線(xiàn)音樂(lè)和手機(jī)閱讀的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié)。目前的手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)是錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的,我們必須首先理清產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上各環(huán)節(jié)的角色地位和他們之間的關(guān)聯(lián)方式,然后才能發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的主要問(wèn)題和主要矛盾。在梳理的同時(shí),也及時(shí)提出了發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題、發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)以及解決問(wèn)題的思路等。 文章最后一章是全文研究的結(jié)晶,作者首先把之前產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)崂磉^(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題和共性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),然后分析了國(guó)外成功案例,以便借鑒其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后作者探索性地提出了一個(gè)新的手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)模式。這種產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的最大特點(diǎn)是在一定程度上打破了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的壟斷,但同時(shí)仍保留電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈擁有較強(qiáng)的控制能力;終端生產(chǎn)商可以充分融入到產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中來(lái),有利于生產(chǎn)出適應(yīng)手機(jī)出版業(yè)務(wù)需要的手機(jī)終端;強(qiáng)調(diào)了手機(jī)用戶(hù)的互動(dòng)能力,移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普遍性和開(kāi)放性給手機(jī)用戶(hù)提供了足夠的交流和互動(dòng)的平臺(tái)。作為手機(jī)出版物消費(fèi)者的手機(jī)用戶(hù)也可以通過(guò)原創(chuàng)和對(duì)已有產(chǎn)品的再創(chuàng)造轉(zhuǎn)變成為內(nèi)容提供者。此時(shí),手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈形成了可以持續(xù)流通的環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu),勢(shì)必加速整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品流通和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);增加了“銷(xiāo)售環(huán)節(jié)”可以為用戶(hù)和除電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商之外的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的其他廠(chǎng)商提供選擇的機(jī)會(huì),特別是一些沒(méi)有和運(yùn)營(yíng)商簽訂合作協(xié)議的非官方網(wǎng)站,也可以在手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)中找到自己的立足之地。而且其他支付渠道的存在,使電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商從CP/SP抽取高額服務(wù)費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀得到改善;產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈外圍引入了第三方監(jiān)管機(jī)制,有效監(jiān)督產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的行為,確保整個(gè)手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈正常運(yùn)行和健康發(fā)展。通過(guò)在這些方面的改進(jìn)為手機(jī)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)平等的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的作用得以充分發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:The development of the publishing industry can not be separated from the progress of technology. Paper making, printing and Laser Phototypesetting have had a profound influence on the publishing industry. Nowadays, the emergence of digital publishing technology will bring another round of change to the publishing industry. Mobile phone publishing has brought about a new form of publishing, which has brought about a great deal of publishing process, industrial structure and even publishing concept. Although the mobile publishing industry is still in the stage of formation and growth, the huge market potential and many advantages of mobile publishing are generally regarded as the most potential digital publishing forms. However, how to improve the industrial chain structure of the mobile publishing industry as soon as possible and to form a reasonable industrial chain of mobile publishing industry will directly affect the mobile publishing industry chain. With the rapid development of the mobile publishing industry in China, the analysis and analysis of the structure and problems of the current industrial chain of mobile phone publishing in China, and on this basis, to explore a more reasonable structure of the mobile publishing industry chain has become an important content of this study.
This article first summarizes and summarizes the existing research results about mobile phone publishing, and on the basis of this, it determines the research focus and research direction of the paper. Then the development of mobile publishing in China is summarized, including the definition, main features and common formats of mobile publishing, and the current Chinese hands are summarized. The third part mainly lays the theoretical foundation for the research of the mobile publishing industry chain, and makes the following definitions for the mobile publishing industry chain: the mobile publishing industry chain refers to the mobile publishing related enterprises based on the value chain of the mobile phone publishing, such as the publishing house, the operator, and the mobile phone publishing industry. The fourth part of the industrial chain of mobile phone publishing industry in China, including mobile phone reading, wireless music and mobile reading, has been combed and summarized. The structure of the current industrial chain of mobile publishing industry is complicated. We must first clear all links in the industrial chain. In order to find out the main problems and main contradictions, we can find out the problems, the trend of development and the thinking of solving the problems.
The last chapter of the article is the crystallization of the full text research. The author first summarizes the main problems and common problems found in the process of the previous industry chain carding, and then analyses the successful cases abroad in order to draw on its successful experience. Finally, the author explores a new structure model of the new mobile publishing industry chain. The biggest feature of the industry chain structure is to break the monopoly of telecom operators to a certain extent, but at the same time, it still holds the strong control ability of the telecom operators to the industrial chain; the terminal producers can fully integrate into the industrial chain, which is beneficial to the production of mobile terminals to meet the needs of the mobile phone publishing business, and emphasizes the mobile phone users. The universality and openness of the mobile network provide the mobile phone users with sufficient communication and interaction platform. As a mobile phone publication consumer, the mobile phone users can also change into the content provider through the original and re created products. At this time, the mobile publishing industry chain has formed a continuous circulation ring. It is bound to accelerate the circulation and operation of the products of the whole industry, and the "sales link" can provide the choice for the users and other manufacturers other than the telecom operators, especially the unofficial websites that have not signed the cooperation agreements with the operators, and can also find their own in the mobile publishing industry. The existence of other payment channels makes the telecom operators improve the current situation of extracting high service fees from CP/SP, and the third party regulatory mechanism is introduced in the periphery of the industrial chain to effectively supervise the behavior of all links in the industrial chain and to ensure the normal operation and healthy development of the entire mobile publishing industry chain. The development of the publishing industry provides an equal competitive environment, and every link can play its full role in the industrial chain.
