【摘要】:2013年開始,文化傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)掀起并購高潮,各類并購風(fēng)生水起,跨國并購以其多項明顯優(yōu)勢正成為出版業(yè)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),但其中亦存在各種風(fēng)險。從國內(nèi)最大跨國并購——鳳凰傳媒并購PIL項目的經(jīng)驗出發(fā),結(jié)合其他典型案例,討論跨國并購的模式、風(fēng)險、難點(diǎn)、整合等問題。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, the culture media industry has set off a wave of mergers and acquisitions, and all kinds of mergers and acquisitions have become hot spots in the publishing industry for their obvious advantages, but there are also various risks. Based on the experience of China's largest cross-border M & A (PIL) project, combined with other typical cases, this paper discusses the mode, risk, difficulty and integration of cross-border M & A.
