【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)離退休干部制度的建立和各級(jí)老干部工作部門的成立,各地的老年類雜志也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。一方面,老年雜志承擔(dān)著為老年人服務(wù)的歷史使命；另一方面它也不斷積累資本、壯大自己。三十年來(lái),我國(guó)老年雜志已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一種內(nèi)容相對(duì)成熟、地域分布相對(duì)均衡、讀者人群相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的報(bào)刊門類。隨著老齡化社會(huì)的迅猛發(fā)展,社會(huì)保障制度逐步完善,經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不斷提高,老年雜志難以滿足老年群體多元化的精神需求,需要推陳出新,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。 本文研究首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)老年雜志進(jìn)行了回顧,并結(jié)合對(duì)《老友》雜志社的訪談等梳理了綜合類老年雜志的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及有關(guān)問(wèn)題；在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文研究試圖深入、系統(tǒng)地剖析我國(guó)綜合類老年雜志的特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及其關(guān)鍵所在。爾后,本文研究還在對(duì)江西老年受眾調(diào)查訪問(wèn)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了老年受眾的心理需求等；最后,本文研究對(duì)我國(guó)綜合類老年雜志的未來(lái)前景和發(fā)展策略做出探索,以期為綜合類老年雜志健康長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供可能的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of retired cadres system and the establishment of departments of senior cadres at all levels, geriatric magazines all over the world have come into being. On the one hand, geriatric magazines undertake the historical mission of serving the elderly; On the other hand, it has also continuously accumulated capital to strengthen itself. Over the past 30 years, the Chinese Journal for the elderly has developed into a relatively mature content and relatively balanced regional distribution. With the rapid development of the aging society, the social security system is gradually improved, and the economic level is constantly improving. It is difficult for the elderly magazine to meet the diversified spiritual needs of the elderly group, so it is necessary to introduce the old and the new. Innovation and development. This paper firstly reviews the domestic magazines for the elderly, and combs the development status and related problems of the comprehensive magazines for the elderly, combining with the interview with the magazine of Friends, etc. On this basis, this paper tries to make a thorough study. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics, management, market competition and key points of the comprehensive magazines for the elderly in our country. After that, this paper discusses the psychological needs of the elderly audience on the basis of the investigation and interview to the elderly audience in Jiangxi Province. This paper explores the future prospects and development strategies of Chinese comprehensive magazines for the elderly in order to provide possible guidance for the healthy and long-term development of comprehensive magazines for the elderly.
