【摘要】：項目帶動戰(zhàn)略在新聞出版業(yè)實施以來作用顯著。文章以西安交通大學(xué)出版社中醫(yī)事業(yè)部申報與實施的項目為例,從打造精品圖書、開發(fā)作者資源、加強人才培養(yǎng)三方面對項目帶動戰(zhàn)略在實踐中的應(yīng)用體會進行總結(jié),即"一個項目一座山峰""一個項目一批作者""一個項目一個團隊",旨在為后續(xù)重大項目的申報與實施提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the project to promote the news publishing industry strategic role is significant. This article takes Xi'an Jiao Tong University press project department with the implementation of the declaration of TCM as an example, from the creation of fine books, the development resources, strengthen personnel training and application of the three aspects of the project strategy in practice are summarized, namely "a project of a mountain" "a project of a group of authors" and "a project team", aimed at the follow-up of major projects with the implementation of the declaration to provide reference.
